Stay was very average. There were sports teams in on my weekend so a LOT of kids (don’t even think of using the pool or hot tub). Room was small and not well lit, and only one outlet in the whole room that’s not next to the bed. I had to call maintenance for an extension cord to charge my phone (and I have an 8 foot cord myself).

This is our second time going there we absolutely love it. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. Food is great.

It was a good experience overall, the cafeterias and the restaurants are great (service, food etc.). The only thing is some guests leaving their plates and rest of their food outside of the room and elevator and stays there forever. And lest for two whole days we've been there it remained outside of the elevator.

The overall stay was decent. Tho the hallway to are room there was a funny smell like sewer back up wasnt strong but enough to notice.

Everything was great and they helped us extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances on our part. Would have preferred a King bed but everything was great

Window in room was wide open when I arrived. Temperature out side was -8° turned heat up and went for dinner. Came back room was still ice cold. Phoned front desk and maintenance came and after a hour got the heat working. Room was average but definitely not premium room. As my business partners room was the same but was just the standard room.

1) Smell of dog/pet poop in room carpet (pet friendly hotel) was a real turn off... had to cover that section of carpet with a blanket to keep the smell surpressed.
2) Hot tub was out of order.
3) HVAC was too chill for the pool area.
4) Pool was too busy... All of a sudden the pool is packed all the time, I've never seen it so busy before.
5) Wish the TV was bigger/more modern (pretty thick and small, they should really update TVs)
6) Man loitering for hours by elevator door was a bit concerning... but found out later the hotel is supporting refugees.. so I suppose they might feel a bit cooped up in the room for weeks and months so might hang out in other areas.
Still was a nice time, enjoyed the pool, buffet, nice staff, nice lobby,... I appreciate they have finished/decorated the common areas to look a upscale.

It was a great place to meet with family for a weekend. The air conditioning in our garden room was noisy but we were able to deal with it being it was winter.

Our stay was great. We would there stay again. The water slide was fun. But the hot tub was not functioning, so disapointed.

I stayed on the 8th floor and there was a noise every couple minutes that sounded like vents or some kind of ducting issue. I asked to change rooms because at first i thought it was someone snooring and it was rsttling the vents or something. Changed rooms down the hall across the hall to settle in and the same noise appears. I had to sleep with my tv on slwith some volume on to drown the noise. Easnt impressed. This hotel is 7 minutes from my work when im visiting calgary. Not sure i will stay here agin even though it is a convenient commute.

I had a good stay at the Glenmore Inn & Convention Centre. I was here for a course and the food they supplied was wonderful including fruit and veggies at break times. There are sufficient amenities on site to satisfy your need while here including more than one restaurant option (the garden was beautiful), gym, pool, cozy lounge and lobby. The staff was very helpful. I also liked that there were several good driving options without having to travel through the heart of the city.

Hot tub jets didn’t work. Asked for assistance From front desk. No one came to look at it. No chocolate milk at breakfast. Buffet starts at 10. No drinking glasses with the ice bucket in the room just 2 plastic ones in the bathroom for 3 people. 2 coffee cups only in the room. Lamp shades are from the 50’s making the room look dark and dingy yellow. Bathroom need an upgrade. Toilet is a foot from the floor. . Thinnest 2 ply you’ll ever see. Read the newspaper through it.

The property and rooms were generic. Our toilet didn’t work one night (thank god my husband is a plumber and fixed it - it was midnight- we reported it to the front desk the next day.
