Staff was helpful, despite not having the room we booked available, they compensated us and were very helpful in helping to navigate the city and make recommendations.

The staff (from reception to housekeeping) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond - and were kind to upgrade my room and extend my check-out time (sign up for the Accor membership!).
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Very easy to walk to S-bahn through the Motorama mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets in the mall and 1 DM shop. It's also one direct train to the airport.
Definitely my go-to hotel for my next trip to Munich!

Room was nice and clean and the shower products were delightful. Paulo was instrumental in resolving the issue with our air conditioning unit. He was able to solve the problem quickly and easily with no disruption to our holiday. We really appreciated him!
