Just stayed one night to break up our road trip to South Dakota. Picked this hotel for the waterslide/pool. Also because it has wonderful reviews. It is very clean. Nice staff. Great rooms. Awesome beds. Pillows are a little soft but that's ok. Definitely would stay again

The room and common areas were clean. The bed was comfortable. BUT there was an incessant hum in the bathroom that made it difficult to sleep. We assumed that the water slide may have been the cause, but even after the pool area was closed, the noise continued.

We had a wonderful stay after a tough day of travel. It was comfortable and clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Will gladly stay there again when going through town.

The room had too much for breeze, couldn’t breathe made me sick all night. Had to go out and get my own bedding. Terrible place stuff not great. No management on duty milk with sour at breakfast. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The room was great for me and my family. The slide was seriously fast and kept the kids busy. The pool area was okay but the hot tub wasn't fully operational. The jets weren't working so it was just a big warm bathtub.

An enjoyable 5 day stay as a jumping off point for adventures riding the Maah Daah Hey Trail and enjoying Medora.

Great place with excellent staff. Nice pool area with a hot tub. Highly recommend for cyclists especially if you are taking a rest day. Quiet, Laundry, food nearby. Right off the Adventure cycling route.

The front desk lady was terrific. From the first hello to checking us in I have never had such a pleasant encounter at a hotel. Sounds weird I know but she was the first impression of the place. Comfortable as well.

We arrived a little later in the evening at 8 so when I went to check in, she informed me that the pool was open until 10 but the water slides closed at 8. Of course my four kids were sad but she jumped in before they could say anything and said she would turn them on for 15 minutes when we were ready. What a wonderful gesture especially since we were only staying one night. Clean spacious room!

Maguelia Andreers was AMAZING! She was always so happy and pleasant. She was so willing to go above and beyond with the little things that mattered most! Great service. Krissy Nybo was also just as amazing. We did not have as much interaction with her but she was helpful and so nice.

This is very new hotel so is very clean and fresh. It is very convenient off I-94 and a great stop if you heading east or west. The staff was very friendly, helpful with suggestions for places to eat and even things to do. Nice town, nice hotel. Will stay again.

not one complaint about this place. We are already making plans to stay here again when all our family needs to come for graduation. great pool/slide area for the kids, breakfast was amazing! many choices! place is super clean, from entry way, hallways, rooms.... staff were always around cleaning something. Rooms are updated and very comfortable.

Waterslide closed at 8 on a weekend night and the swimming pool was open until 10. Hot tub didnt work.

The gal at reception was so, so good. Exceptionally nice and friendly! The room was okay - the bathtub floor was loose and it sounded like fireworks as you moved in the bathtub. There were 2 Shower Gels, 1 conditioner and no soap. No handsoap either.

Overbooked the suites so shoved 5 adults in a king bed suite. Had roll away but no room to put it do was in door way and bathroom entrance area. Quite compact for 5 adults. Had booked a 2 Queen bed plus pull out couch suite originally.
