The process was made easy by the staff, parking attendees, and registration . The rooms were clean with a great view. We even had maid cleaning service. Everything was great.

Very pleasant stay. We had an ocean view on 15th floor and were very happy with all the facilities at the resort. All the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the elevators could be busy at peak check-in / checkout times. Apart from that excellent stay.

Hands down my favorite hotel. Me and my fiancé came here years ago with a fledgling relationship but this time we returned with our daughter. They haven’t missed a beat. The location is prime and the beach is only a few steps away. It’s in the middle of pretty much everything Myrtle Beach has to offer . I can’t say enough about the spacious fully appointed rooms and clean modern lobby and common areas. Everything you need is here. Outstanding all around.

The rooms are the best at Myrtle Beach! Service was great. Only disappointment was the heated polls weren't actually heated and could have been cleaner, but still a great stay.

We stayed in an oceanfront 2 bedrooms just for a night. The room was great with extra like a phone charger in each room. The bedding is comfortable.
Everything was good but the elevator was not. We waited a long time each time so if you are in a hurry or with kids, it is stressful. The parking is pretty far from the hotel . Very inconvenient…

Beautiful room with a beautiful room. We have a problem with heights and hotel was accommodating with a lower floor. They have valet parking but allowed us to self park and with being there for baseball at Cal Ripken we needed to get our car often.

The stay was nice the staff was very helpful and professional. Also, the room was very clean and inviting. However, some things that were very disappointing was the lack of WiFi service and coffee in the room. We called the front desk about our bad WiFi signal and they replied and said call this number. That is unacceptable we should not have to do anything that’s not our problem but the hotel. Also, 4 smalls bags of coffee for our 4 day stay was disappointing.

I do several business trips to Myrtle Beach throughout the year and this place hands down is at the top of my list for places to stay. Kind staff, clean and modern rooms, convenient amenities all made for a comfortable stay. I do wish parking was not across the street but that was not a deal breaker. It was a great stay.

The property is very nice with several amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub. It is in a good, quiet walkable location – close to restaurants and stores. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed our balcony and kitchen – as well as having a washer/dryer in our unit. Self-parking was across the street in a five-story garage. We had a very nice time! Our only issue was that we were next to noisy folks, but thankfully after the first day they settled down. We did not engage in the timeshare spiel…had no time or desire for that…but we would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything about this place is definitely 5 stars. The staff, the room, the location…everything was top notch! The indoor pool could stand to be a bit warmer and the hand rails were too short for my handicapped fiancé to use safely.

Great oceanfront location, staff is helpful and responsive. Rooms are spacious and enjoyed the in room laundry, fitness room, pool, spa and full kitchen. Because of oceanfront site parking is a little bit of a walk across the street and check in is up a floor but otherwise a very enjoyable stay for the area. Felt safe in the midst of a nor’easter!

Really loved the rooms and the cleanliness, would stay there again in a heartbeat. The only slight downfall was the distance to the parking garage. Worth every minute, loved it there.

Friendly staff ability to unload at arrival and reload car on leave was easy. Did not like my keys asked for as I went to checkin without something signed. Heat system kept me cold entire stay even after checked by staff. Low water pressure in bathroom sink, big gap under entry door. Towels and washcloths can be cleaner.

The property was clean, quiet and very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. The safe were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for one night and the staff was great to us. But we booked the hotel mainly for the heated pool so that our kids could swim. We checked in and went to the pool and it was freezing cold. They said the heater was broken and they'd work on it. The said we could go 4 blocks down to their sister hotel and swim. So we walked the 10 minute walk down to the sister hotel and they allowed us to swim. Our only complaint was that a couple was having sex in a hot tub next to the pool with my kids and about 3 other kids around. Absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. We left after that. The next morning at our hotel the pool was up to temp but we were checking out so wasn't able to swim. There was also what looked like black mold above the washer and dryer. Other than those things the hotel was clean and nice and the staff was also great.
