Staying at our home means that you are only minutes away from downtown San Antonio with all its history and distinct culture. We are surrounded by almost every San Antonio attraction to include: Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta, Wonderland of the Americas and the San Antonio Aquarium and the San Antonio Zoo. We are a short drive away from both military bases and two golf courses. Feel free to visit our wonderful city knowing your Oasis awaits! San Antonio as a whole is a diverse city with many local experiences to be enjoyed. Our quaint neighborhood is the embodiment of that diversity. Our well established neighborhood is quiet and home to many families and friendly neighbors. If you're not used to this type of environment, city living and associated noises, our home may not be suitable for you. Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. San Antonio is a vibrant city full of culture, diversity and history. Our home positions you perfectly to enjoy it all. Start by visiting the Alamo mission which is probably our top tourist attraction, then venture over to the River walk which meanders through the Downtown area, is the city's second-most-visited attraction, giving it the additional nickname of "River City". San Antonio is also home to several commercial amusement parks, including Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Splashdown and Morgan’s Wonderland, a theme park for children with special needs. Kiddie Park, featuring old-fashioned amusement rides for children, was established in 1925, and is the oldest children's amusement park in the U.S. The city is home to one of the largest concentrations of military bases in the U.S., and has been nicknamed Military City, USA. The city is home to several active military installations: Lackland Air Force Base, Brooke Army Medical Center, Randolph Air Force Base, and Fort Sam Houston. (credit to Wikipedia for the information.) Check-in instructions will be texted to the phone of the booking party and sent via the booking platform a day or two prior to your arrival. We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown. We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you. No Shoes in the house. No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately. No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable. Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately! Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors! ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately. We do not offer late checkouts. No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate. If there are any questions please inquire prior to booking!

My two Daughters and one Grandson spent a short stay in San Antonio and the house was really nice and clean for us. Even though most of our time there was either in the late morning and then again late evening due to being around other Family, I have in San Antonio, because of the passing of one of my Brothers we didn't actualy spend too much time at the house but it was located close to an Interstate which provided us with easy access to the areas we went to. The house was great to stay at and if I/We should ever travel back to the area and I/We are looking for a place to stay for short term we will consider looking at this place again. Pulling into the neighborhood was concerning but the inside of the home was very nice. The interior was clean and lived up to the descriptions. It was close to the interstate and attractions. Would absolutely book again. Very good value.

Very nice remodeled home. Good location, easy access to expressway. Neighborhood is not too pretty. Checkin was late at 4pm most of our past VRBOs or hotels are always at 3pm. But overall it was a great stay and great host, quick response. Will definitely recommend it.
