Clean room, but small, nice coffee area. Shower was great! Very walkable area

Fantastic location and a clean comfortable room that is an excellent value. The staff is very helpful and conscientious but note that the hotel does not have 24hr desk staff on-site around the clock.
Will stay here again.

The hotel was amazing! Super clean. Big. Very nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was also excellent . Close enough to the train station. It also had a washer and dryer that I could use for free. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star it’s because my room faced the main avenue and at night it was too noisy for me. We heard music coming from the street until very late at night. I would definitely stay there again, except I would ask to face the garden instead of the main ave.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is super friendly like all the reviews say. The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to all major sights in Bologna! If I'm ever in Bologna again, I would stay here in a heartbeat!
