Clean room and good breakfast. Not to far to walk (20 minutes) to historic part of town.
At the moment there is a lot of construction going on the streets close by the hotel. It didn’t disturb us but the immediate neighborhood (2-3 blocks) was dull.

Convenient to train station
Hard to find with dangerous construction activity in front of hotel

It has a lovely little terrace and inside space where you can sit a relax and have a drink and bite to eat any time of day. The space, inclding the bathroom is big for a Ibis, the staff really nice and helpful. It is not exactly near the town but we did walk and it is very close to the train station so very handy if you are coming in and out of town that way.
I hope this is more helpful than complaining because none of it was a big issue: The car park is quite small so definitely do book if you want to use that, it is 20€ per night extra. The breakfast areas are very busy but we did go around 9, maybe better to go earlier, it is a decent and varied breakfast though and included. No kettle in the room, probably normal for an Ibis.
