About this house rental
Amazing Property! Not really walkable to downtown Helen as home is located at the top of the mtn and there aren't sidewalks. Quick drive with excellent paved roads. Great house with lots of space and three floors! Pool table, hot table and fun for all. Golf and wineries nearby. Perfect for 5 couples or a large family. Room for 13 persons. There are 3 Exterior cameras over the driveway for security. Parking for 4 vehicles. We provide pretty much everything but do not provide Wash Cloths because they are unsanitary. If you or your guests like to use these, please pack your own. And no Pets please

This place was terrific, exactly what we needed for a 4th of July mini-family reunion with 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6, 9, 14, 14, 16). The vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace are just beautiful. Couches were soft and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, Keurig supplies, plastic bags and wraps for leftovers, plenty of cleaning supplies. The griddle style outdoor gas bbq was new for us, but we figured it out easily and cooked most of our meals on it. The location was secure with a very friendly gate guard, and the proximity to downtown was a short, curvy 7minute drive. We asked for permission to have an extra vehicle and it was approved; the driveway was plenty long enough for 4 SUV’s and 1 small truck. The white towels provided were soft and fluffy and exactly the number we needed. We brought our own beach towels to use for river tubing and the hot tub. The best part was the game room downstairs where the three teenagers played pool and foosball during downtime. The equipment was complete, no missing balls, and also in good repair. There were also several puzzles and games, but we were too busy to use.We highly recommend this place for large groups. Everything was easy!

This house was perfect for our visit to Helen. The neighhood is very quiet. It’s a short drive into town. The house was very clean and comfortable for all 11 of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and host respond to all messages, The area is great we enjoyed hiking and going to the wineries, I would definitely stay here again,

The kitchen was completely stocked for everything we needed and the whole house was very clean. The host was amazing to work with and we had such a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend!
