Tres bon hôtel proche de la vie nocturne mais tres calme

The staff are amazing, the hotel was perfect, was in good location , hotel doesn't change currency but there are loads of places around the area that does.

Having to leave

The room was good. Clean, great bed, good shower (too bad it's too low (with 1.90m I couldn't stand up straight). Some noises coming in from the street (although I was on the 5th floor), but manageable. I was very happy with the water cooker and daily supply of coffee (would be awesome when Equal was provided instead of sugar). Location is very nice, just a short walk to many, many bars, restaurants etc.

Besides the height of the shower, a little disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee tasted terrible, and very little variety. Every day, basically same as the other day.

Location is good

Overall very very bad experience with property during the stay. We were booked for 4 nights and 5 days - Last week of May 2024. We had booked two connecting Deluxe rooms. Following were the major issues 1) On day 2, when we came back to room at night we observed that there was water leakage from the ceiling on one side of bed. Staff managed to shift to new room. We have to re pack and shift so as a result we have both rooms on different floor. 2) one of the room was stinking with Pizza smell for all 4 days 3) There is constant issue of filling in one of the room we had complained couple of times and we were told it is fixed but issue was never resolved. On the last day we realised that Hotel has done a setting by which AC will be switched off for 30 mins after working for 1 hour. So pathetic, due to this issue we never had peaceful sleep. 4) Breakfast spread was pathetic, they didn’t had cappuccino in breakfast. It was chargeable. 5) The replacement room was provided was on a first floor on road side facing. Outside noise was coming in the room. Friday night and Saturday night till late night too much traffic ( tuk tuk ) noise. They don’t have soundproof windows. 6) Hot water on the bathroom was another issue. There was sudden increase in temperatures of water in shower, resulting we got burned couple of times. 7) In spite of booking deluxe rooms, rooms are very small, don’t have wardrobe, no room slippers, very bad. 8) In one room for the first day, we were not able to trun off bedside light, so could not sleep with lights on 9) Lastly rooms were not ready at cheklin time. We were made to wait for around 45 mins to get one room say we got room at around 3 PM Overall very bad experience, completely avoidable.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Great location and very clean. Safe place to stay.

the location is okay - even it could be closer to metro

the price i paid was twice the price I would have paid if I would have just book after arrival at the airport - so dont book before from your home country - you would safe a lot of money The charge me 50% more just because I asked for early check in, as I had a 11h flight - but when I asked in advance via booking com the never mentioned it would cost that much - and keep in mind I anyway paid the double amount as I book from home country (you can check yourself when you arrive at the airport in Bangkok the view was not a city view - it was the backyard of the garden showing the outside storage area the breakfast ist every day exactly the same - no variance at all coffee is drinkable but not good staff was always smiling but didnt really offer any solution to my requests neither tried show customer orientation - very dissapointing
