It’s an older hotel. There was stains in the hallway carpet and old wooden blocks under the doors, that’s a pain rolling your luggage over. We had the second floor and there was a dog in the room beside us that barked all the time. Walls were pretty thin and the doors all small shut, that wakes you up.

Our stay here was really great, the room is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. The murphy bed is a cool gimmick but would get annoying staying for longer I think. Overall great experience, parking was nice and easy, staff were nice and quick to help.

It was a spur of the moment trip and this was just perfect for us

The service at check in was great. They were knowledganle and helpful. The 1st night we woke up to a very cold room the thermostat needed batteries we had noticed when we checked in but didnt think to much about it. We called down to front desk at 630am. Was told that maintenence wasnt in yet so they couldnt help but will send up space heater. So we got those plugged in and 2 mins later breaker blows but maintenance wasnt thetlre so they couldnt help us. So no power till we got back later that afternoon. Tthe pool was dirty and tiny. No where to sit while kids swam. Overal the rooms were dated and run down. For the prices you would expect the bed to not sag in the middle and to not find giant dust bunnies and someone elses toothbrush under the bed. Wouldnt stay therr again

The beds are HORRIBLE. I asked for a change of room due to one of the beds getting sunken in the middle and they said they would prepare a new room but they never changed us. We asked for a late checkout (only one hour later) and were denied and when I did the check out, other rooms were allowed to do a late checkout. The location is convenient and they have free coffee but other than that, there is nothing good about this hotel. We could not rest at all during our stay. I guess you get what you pay for.

Convenient location for a ski holiday

I don't recall the hotel description indicating parking not included in the cost nor that skis were not allowed in rooms and lockers cost extra...lockers not really conveniently located.
Personnel friendly and helpful.
Nice location, close to ski lifts and village.
Room OK. Beds mediocre
Beautiful surroundings

Very convenient location to go to the village gondola - 3 minutes walking distance

Noisy with thin walls/ceiling. Could hear people in the unit above walking around all night.

Properly a bit dated but clean. Staff were nice.
Gal in the morning let us park for the day free after check out so we could ski.

Great location from the ski lifts. The property is dated; many round door knobs my child struggled with, very thins walls (could hear a baby crying often in the room across the hall), amenities don’t provide any storage while visit pool which is very inconvenient in rain.
I wouldn’t stay here again; however, we were comfortable enough based on the price and location.

We had a great stay! Amazing staff and accommodations so conveniently located. Will be back again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
There was one issue one of the nights, however, where a group of people were being extremely loud most of the night. For some reason, this was not addressed by the concierge at the time.
Going forward, it would be helpful if staff was more proactive.

Loved the pillows and how many they gave us ! It was a great treat ! Our dog loves the stay too, puppy treats and a toy !!!!

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s the best value for being steps away from the ski lifts. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant and we enjoy being steps away from great food (at every budget), ski lifts, and shopping.

We stayed in the double room at first floor, When we were asleep, at two o’clock in the night, we suddenly heard the sound of the balcony door being opened. We woke up immediately and a strange guy ran into us. It was really shocking! We called the police and found that our balcony door lock was broken and a drunk man next door ran into our room. This was a very scary thing. I hope the hotel can make more sure that their facilities are complete.

Good value if your main focus is hitting the slopes.

This hotel has a great location in the Whistler village, it’s easy to access and they have their own parking. The staff were great but the hotel itself is dated. Our room could use a facelift as there are signs of age and years of use everywhere. We also found the hotel noisy in the evening, kids running in the hall and people in other rooms were clearly audible. Prices were really high, which is typical at Whistler, but elsewhere I would not pay anywhere like that much for a hotel of this quality

Great location to shops and walking trails but yet outside of the village enough to not be noisy.

Overall a comfortable hotel with good amenities. The location is good with only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas. Parking is underground and seemed sufficient for early season skiing visitors Check-in process was fast.
The studio suite (loft room) fulfilled our needs but still seemed tight. The upper loft area was tight since the bed took all the floorspace. To open our suitcase, we had to place it on the bed.
There is only one elevator, but stairway is conveniently across. The hot tub and outdoor pool were nice and towels were provided, but the pool water was still not hot enough.
The main level of our suite had a little foyer area, bathroom, kitchenette and small living/sleeping area. I found the foyer area had a good amount of hooks for jackets and floor space for shoes. Skis had to be placed in lockers in the parking garage.
Kitchenette was clean, sufficient, and well stocked with cooking materials, plates, glasses, silverware. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
The main living room area is small for such a multi-use area -- the kitchenette, sleeping area, and living area are all shared. With the beds opened up, not much open area. The sofa bed was placed right next to the sliding door, so you have to climb over it to go to the balcony.
The murphy bed when opened is right next to the kitchenette and consumed space. The latches to hold the table of the bed were broken, but we could still use the bed.

Customer with 2 big dogs was staying on top floor and whole night they were running around and barking. It was very restless night for us and kids. Customer with there pets should be on ground floor.

The address and check in lobby is not the same location/building as where my room was. After check in the staff asked me to drive down the road and make a right to a brown building, that’s my building.

Nice location in the village center. However Our one night stay was spoiled by people parting and load thumping on the room above us then room next to our they keep coming and going out and load talking all night

We stay in the second building, the logistics and location of our room were confusing, the Murphy bed was very squeaky, water in the shower not very hot. I don’t think the pictures represented the reality
