Whistler is an expensive place, this was one of the best value places to stay. Very impressive 1 bed apartment, great value. If you paid more to stay elsewhere in Whistler I don't think you would get more than you do at Alpenglow.

Great place in Whistler. Right in the village for east walking to shops, restaurants, and the ski hill. Room was spotless as kitchenette well appointed including coffee for the AM. Would stay again, and recommend, especially for the price compared to other less nice places we have stayed.

Nothing fancy, but has everything you need with easy access within Whistler Village. I would stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the supplies to make some tea and coffee.

Located in North Village with easy access to Village centre, free village shuttle to slopes.
Some issues with hearing people in the early hours of the morning.

When I checked in yesterday, the manager on duty named Mae, was very rude.
She made no eye contact and her attitude was that of someone who did not want to work there, and guests were an inconvenience to her.
I bumped into another guest that was checked by Mae right before me, and I asked if they thought she was rude and unpleasant and they agreed.
Mae, if you are reading this, I would take this as constructive feedback to improve your guest experience.
I will not be staying at the Alpenglow again.

Affordable and nice for the price you pay.

We loved our suite and the convent location the property offered. However, we decided we would try a different place if we came back as the parking situation was horrible and the recreational area was small and undesirable.

This is a great space, within walking distance to everything and is literally just perfect for the Whistler getaway ! We were super lucky that despite the long weekend we had the pool and hot tub area to ourselves Friday evening/Sat am. Building was well kept and clean, definitely not "brand new" condition rooms- but safe and with the great location & price point it is a epic choice. Min's to grocery, liquor and everything else Whistler has. I only gave 4 stars because our room code was finicky and didn't always work - which is how you get in the building outside of 10am-10pm - very lucky that when it wouldn't open at all and we needed a new one the agent was still there - otherwise we would have been locked out for the night in our bathing suits.....Also lost points as our fireplace did not work, it was definitely something we were excited to use, front desk tried to get it to work and couldn't... should be repaired or the room description updated

Had a great stay! Loved that the rooms are keyless. Balcony & dining room was a plus!

Great place to stay - would recommend for winter or summer fun

My only complaint would be having to pay for parking. Why as I guest should I pay extra? I have booked a room there should be a parking spot that comes with it.

Emptying out my own garbage sucked, other then that perfect.

It was a great little suite. Beds were not comfy at all but the rest was great.

For the cost I found the room very small, double bed, plug in the wall air conditioner so it was either very cold when you use it or if you turn it off it gets hot, very outdated.

I only have two somewhat minor complaints. It was pretty lame to charge me $80 in parking when I already paid $800 to stay there. And there was only one non-functional frying pan. Our plan was to bring groceries and cook most of our meals but that became challenging since the one frying pan was falling apart and bits of it would come off in the food.

The studio was clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. It was nice to have a balcony overlooking trees.
Customer service could have been better, a friendly greeting and a smile would have been appreciated.

The room was clean and we loved the nice hot tub. Location was amazing in terms of being a way from the touristic area while still being walkable to anywhere. There were plenty of parking spots available as long as you are willing to pay $18 per day. I was surprised how front desk staff always seemed disinterested throughout our stay while Whistler seemed such a friendly town.

I had an amazing time at this property! It was incredibly clean and pleasant. It is located in the best location so i was able to easily walk around Whistler and make it back to my hotel without issue. There are food places right across the street that are open late. I had a queen suite and it was properly stocked and very clean. It was very spacious. I had a chair to read in and a dining table to eat and plan my excursions on.
Only recommendation i have is to bring a sleep mask. Sunrise in the summer is very early so it comes in through the blinds.
I had limited interactions with the hotel staff but they would always say hello and good bye. Would definitely stay here again

Although its not a full service hotel, the room is clean, towels are clean, cleanliness is 5 stars!

Good budget friendly place to stay...hot tub, outdoor heated pool, sauna...good location. Parking spaces are ridiculously small.

Very clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable, friendly staff and nice accommodations.

The room we booked (based on pictures) was not in anyway similar to the room we had. We found multiple ants in the bathroom and the room was a bit run down.
Staff were pleasant and the room served it purpose, but given i was expecting a significantly different room from what i got, i felt it didn't meet expectations.

The hot tub was not working the one night we stayed there which was extremely disappointing considering we had evening plans but cancelled because a night relaxing in the hot tub sounded better. Would have paid less to stay at an Air BnB without a hot tub had we of known that. Location was pretty good, but no private shuttle like other hotels in Whistler have. But I didn’t mind the 10 min walk to the lifts. Room was great - had a kitchenette and a fireplace.
2.0
A bit of a walk to get to the lifts, otherwise the hotel is in a good area for shopping and nice restaurants.

Decent place to stay in Whistler. Staff is very helpful and nice. Some areas of hotel need some attention, like fixing Murphy bed, heating pool.

Overall good property! The room was simple, exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and bathtub jacuzzi. The parking situation was super confusing. There isn’t clear signage or instructions on how to enter or exit the garage. The parking lot spaces are also super narrow. Besides the parking everything was as expected!

Cleaners need to check their mops and cleaning cloths our washroom floors and surfaces smelt extremely bad like mold.

Hotel staff were very helpful.what i didn’t like was the parking space very small

Beautiful property! REALLY disappointed with how uncomfortably hard and lumpy the mattresses were. Very uncomfortable for such a nice place. Staff at front desk seemed a little bored.

Perfect location right in the middle of Whistler Village with all the amenities we needed. The pool, hot-tub, and sauna were the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Price was way too much for the size of room.

Cozy, great kitchen facility, loved the thick cotton sheets. Had everything we needed for a lovely get away.

The stay was good but the coffee machine was not working

The suite itself was charming, warm and wonderful! The location ideal for being located in the main village. Staff were helpful in all request. The hallways on the second floor are under renovation or are just not being repaired as they should be. It's a quick fix so please get it done before the ski season starts as that might reflect poorly on the Alpenglow.

Nice place. Small, but practical room. Good location close to the Whistler Olympic Plaza

Quiet side of Whistler, hot tub was awesome
