terrible, dirty place

The hotel is located near the border. This is useful if you need to cross the border early in the morning.

This is a terrible, dirty place. I will write a complaint to booking so that this accommodation option is closed. I think this is someone’s private house, someone lives there permanently. The house is not clean, there are a lot of dirty personal things. According to the house rules, check-in is at 14.00 When we were already on the road (we were traveling with a baby), the owner wrote that we should arrive no earlier than 16, since the cleaning lady did not have time to clean the house. When we arrived the house was very poorly cleaned. There were three dirty bathrobes hanging in the bathroom. I'm not sure if the towels were clean. The bed linen was shabby, not fresh, in pellets. The sleeping places on the second floor are very uncomfortable. There are a lot of personal items, clothes, and accessories in the house. There are no shower amenities in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel. There was an old, used, dirty bar of soap in the sink. There was an old, dirty carpet on the floor. It was unpleasant to use a kettle and frying pan in the kitchen. There were many personal items in the boxes. In addition, there was no information that hot water has a time limit. The boiler was not accessible. Therefore, after 5 minutes of taking a shower, ice water started flowing. I'll just attach one photo that says it all. There was someone's comb in the bathroom, covered in hair. It was disgusting. I will demand a refund.
