Private retreat chill cottage that backs Forest and is conveniently located to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This quaint getaway provides a family and pet friendly space for relaxing. Deck to unwind and easy access to scenic trails for hiking, mountain biking, and trail running. Cozy fireplace to snuggle down and watch movies. USB ports in each room and desk with Wi-Fi. Easy access to I-40 and I-17 for day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, or Willaims. Space ideal for a couple or small family. Be our guest at the Chill Cottage and enjoy your stay in this quaint and comfortable space. Whole house available outside of guest bedroom closet, garage, and back storage shed. Close to parks, green forest space, Woodlands Village shopping center, NAU, and Lake Mary Road. House Rules: Quiet hours (9pm-7am). Please be courteous to the neighbors and their pets. Minimize excessive noise on the deck during quite hours. Steep driveway, please be careful with ice during the winter season. No parking on the street, driveway only. Winter parking ordinance from November to April. If more than two spaces are needed please reach out directly for passes for the overflow parking lot. Use designated fire ring and above ground designated pit. Refill/Top off the propane tank if using the deck bbq. No pets allowed unattended in the home unless kenneled. Pick up your pet waste. By choosing to stay as a guest on this property you are releasing owners of all liabilities related to your visit and you can be requested to leave the premise and any time by the host. Overall the stay was great! Cute place very inviting and cozy. Loved the personal touch of goodies and the information of things to do and eat around the area. Plenty of space. Really liked the gated backyard made it super easy for our pup.

Everything was fine except for the floors had a lot of dark hair on the floors and were all light haired. Also the neighbor dog on both sides were very vicious and although they were fenced, it made it very difficult and awkward to get our dog to the treat trail area behind the house without incident. The driveway is very awkward. Can only accommodate one vehicle and is quite steep. That would have been OK except we got a ice storm while we were visiting and made it somewhat dangerous. The house itself is very cute. Accommodated our needs.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) wanted to experience some crisp fall weather and see the changing of the leaves. This was a great house for us...convenient location, cozy home with space to cook and lounge, a fenced yard for our dog, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Grace, our host, was so kind and privided all the information we needed while we stayed at her home. We look forward to returning to this VRBO next time we plan a trip to Flagstaff!

The cozy cottage was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the fresh air together. It's convenient to downtown Flagstaff and NAU, and it's well-equipped for cooking and relaxing. My son loved that he could hook up his game system in the bedroom, and we all enjoyed the hiking trails out the back yard. We hope to return again! Thanks Grace for a wonderful stay!

Charming, clean, and very well appointed cottage super close to the music festival we attended at Ft Tuthill Park. Easy and very responsive communication with the host. Super happy with our stay and plan to stay again!

Great comfortable space for 6 people to stay. We all had enough room to be able to hang out together but then also spread out when needed. Backyard was way smaller than it looked like in the puctures making it so my brother didnt feel comfortable bringing his 2 dogs. Overall very nice place though.

It was a lovely home and centrally located. Lots of great restaurants in Flagstaff.and I loved being close to a Sprouts Market There is some traffic noise if that is a concern but not with the windows closed. The home is nicely updated.

Great stay at this cute little place! Very clean and close to all of the things we wanted to do! Next time I visit I will come at a cooler time as there is no air conditioning (Az heatwave right now). However it cooled down at night and a portable evaporative cooler was provided by the property owner. I highly recommend this gem!!

We rented this cottage for a girls’ getaway. The space was cutely decorated and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the cool morning air to watch the birds while we drank coffee. Driveway is very steep- in case you have mobility issues. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to revisit!

We were up for a horse show, and the location was perfect. Close to groceries, dining, and our show at Fort Tuthill. Nice little yard for our dogs and very comfortable with everything we needed. Driveway parking is a little tight if you have two cars, so keep that in mind, we had an SUV and small sedan, and it was a tight squeeze.

Grace was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions very quickly. Location was perfect to explore both North and South of Flagstaff. Cottage was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and both neighbours were very helpful when we had trouble with our rental car. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect stay.

Parking was a little difficult with having 2 full size vehicles. Felt the bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner. No paper towel in the house All plates were not microwave safe, and no plastic cups were available for kids. For having kids, wished there were more board games available We were not able to check in until after 4 pm as they were not finished cleaning. Otherwise place wasn’t bad

This cozy cabin had all we wanted and more. The location was superb, it was quiet, had everything needed and MORE. I would say next time we will salt the walkway, as it was super icy. Everything was great, and Grace was exceptional as well. Thank you again!
