LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace. STR Permit #2022072625 There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The primary bedroom suite with king bed is located on the third level with the bonus room and the rooftop terrace! The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace. There are sleeper sofas in the living area and bonus room for additional guests. Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours. Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. Guests have access to the entire house. Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay. This home is in a central location in the city. Short walk to many eateries and attractions. • Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved • Check-out is 10AM CST • No parties or events • No smoking • No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid No Pets Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable All trash must be bagged and disposed of properly in the trash bins.

Property was exactly as described in the heart of music row. Tons of room on all three levels. Restaurants and coffee shop is 2-3 blocks away and the activities on Broadway are a 20 minute walk or short Uber trip. Great property and would highly recommend. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Nashville.

This place did not disappoint at all! Exactly as listed with all pics and perks. Close enough to everything for a quick Uber or short walk, but not in the middle of all the activity. JUST PERFECT!!! We will definitely be back.

We traveled with 4 couples and this house fit us perfectly! Great location, easy to find scooters and Uber rides were short to get into town. The house is beautiful and clean.

The house was beautiful and clean in a great area that was very accessible to all attractions that we were looking for. The host was very accommodating by letting us enter a few hours early with a very short notice. We loved the patio upstairs with great seating and a view! Everyone in the group made mention of how comfy the beds were. I highly recommend this home!

This place is great for several couples or a family! Clean, modern, outdoor space is a plus! Mattresses aren’t the most comfortable, and the dining room chairs aren’t comfortable and a couple were falling apart.

Clean, updated, large space. We had 4 ladies, so plenty of room and bathrooms! Easy check-in and good communications with management. The stairs with the luggage was a little tough...we are older;) But we managed. We loved the 3rd floor patio area and fireplace. Perfect for that October evening. Easy Ride to Broadway for music and drinks, ..and 12 South for Shopping! Would stay again, but the kitchen table chairs need to be changed out. Feel like you're in a recliner. Lovely stay and place.

The Only issue was with the BBQ Pit on natural gas. we could not get temp above 300. we had food that required high heat to grill. we made it work in the oven and stove thanks to our great cooks. Accommodations were good for 4 adult couples. It would have been great except for bathroom sharing between the two down stair rooms, but we knew that in advance. we would stay again and recommend to anyone .

Amazing property! Everything is how it is described on the site. We had four couples and the space was perfect. Enjoyed the roof top patio for our morning coffee and our evening beverages by the fire. Would definitely recommend!

We had 3 couples stay for 4 days to enjoy the music and other sights of Nashville. Several restaurants in walking distance and downtown Nashville was just a short Uber ride away with plenty of Uber XL’s to carry 6 adults. Great home, very comfortable for the 6 of us. Clean, well equipped, nice outdoor deck with fire pit. Would definitely recommend.

Safe neighborhood and clean house. We had issues with non working outlets and a TV while there; hopefully, that is something easy to fix. The manager was responsive when I let her know. We would stay again!

House was very well furnished and clean. Owner was extremely responsive and got back to me very quickly when I reached out to her. Very short Uber rides to everywhere we went. There were six of us so the house was very spacious and comfortable.

The house was fantastic. The only downfall for me was that we had the master bedroom which is on the 3rd floor. But it was well worth the climb. Also, the dining room chairs were uncomfortable. They looked cool but that was it. Communicaton with the property manager was not great. I tried to communicate through the App, and it took a few days for a response. I never tried to communicate via phone which by the way was offered when we checked in. It's just easier for me to communicate through the app. Other than that, it was a beautiful property.

Property was stunning. Spacious and clean. We had six in our group and there was more than enough room for us all. Location was safe and it was about a 35 minute walk to downtown for our group. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This house was perfect spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect house for a weekend getaway to Nashville with friends. We loved the rooftop deck too, perfect morning coffee spot and after hours drinks. The property manager was great too! Responded quickly to anything we needed. When we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay there again.

Awesome, the place was perfect. Highly recommend! It fit 4 couples comfortably with tons of extra space. Rooftop patio was amazing for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The area was great, lots of places within walking distance & a short Uber to Broadway This is our second stay with this property manager & both have been flawless, will definetely try to use them again on future visits They went out of their way to make our stay great and accomodated our early check in and late check out requests to help with flight times.

This was a birthday trip for my wife, myself and two other couples. We were in awe as soon as we opened the door. Everything was just as seen in the pictures. Very clean well laid out, and plenty space for everyone. Our first night we were able to enjoy a huge thunderstorm while sitting out on the 3rd floor patio with the fireplace going. Uber rides were fast, easy and inexpensive to get us to Broadway street. We would highly recommend staying here for a Nashville visit.

Beautiful home in a great location. Walkable to some neighborhood bars/restaurants. Less than 2 miles to Broadway and easy uber ride. Home was perfect for four couples and mostly very well stocked with all we needed for our stay. Would recommend rugs in the bathrooms by the shower. Beds were comfy and we wished it were warmer to use the upstairs rooftop while we were there (it was cold!). Loved our stay and would definitely stay again if in Nashville.
