Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was just as advertised. It was super clean. Great, quite neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. I did have trouble with the electronic lock and had to call for help. They were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly.

We were very pleased with our stay. There was plenty of comfortable beds and space for all of our children, (even a pack n play if you need it). It was very clean and decorated well. I loved having access to cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, etc. There was even some toys for our kids. Overall it was a great stay and we have zero complaints!
