The primary bedroom features a convenient jetted tub as well! THINGS TO KNOW If you need additional space for your group, you can check out our property next door 'Chill on the Hill'. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We use VRBO often when staying in Fayetteville. This was a huge disappointment. Company owned... exorbitant hidden fees (quadruple typical fees) without breakdown; plus cleaning fees. No late check out, even an hour, without paying more Poor communication: incorrect door code given..took 10 minutes of phone call, hold times and 6 codes later finally got into the house Poorly stocked: not enough glasses for our 6 guests, no wine glasses, no iron or ironing board SPIDERS!!!

Everything was clean and just as listed. Communication via email was easy and I was able to get an early check-in. Quiet neighborhood and almost within walking distance to UofA's athletic fields. Tons of standard chain places just down the road on the Blvd! Only there to sleep, as th group came in for a football game and to take in the festivities on Dickson St and the Square. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was easy to access getting in and checking out. Thanks!
