Situated in Fayetteville, this lovely house for $241 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to The Blue Goose in Fayetteville, Arkansas! We are located in a new construction community on the west side of town. We just added a Brand New Hot Tub and are only 1 mile off of I-49 and 3.5 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Blue Goose! This is a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept. The large screen 65" smart TV is ready for streaming in the living room. Additional 50" smart TVs are mounted in bedrooms 1 & 2. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with adirondacks, outdoor dining area and Weber charcoal grill. Cozy king size beds are in bedrooms 1 & 2. Bedroom 3 has 2 comfy twin beds. Kid friendly and accommodating with blinds in all bedrooms, pack-n-play and high chair. Two full size bathrooms with plenty of linens. The master en suite bath has a soaking tub as well as walk in tile shower. The master bedroom closet has a tub full of kids toys to keep them occupied and having a good time. Home has easy access to greenways for jogging or biking all over Northwest Arkansas. The garage is setup as a game area with Ping Pong Table & Foosball Table. This will be your favorite home away from home when you visit. You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a .25 acre lot and has a very flat and fully fenced backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the charcoal grill on the back porch or pull it around to the front if you're enjoying the garage ping pong and foosball table! Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them. This is a new construction home in a neighborhood that is still building actively. Although none of the immediately adjacent homes are under construction any longer, there are homes being build in the neighborhood. The city has noise ordinances and restrictive working times to avoid disruption during early morning and evening hours. Please be aware of this before booking. It was a nice place to stay. The hot tub was awesome for the cold nights. I would definitely stay again but would be better prepared to cooking at the house. There were a few pans and only 2 kitchen hand towels. We were there for Thanksgiving so making the traditional dinner was a challenge. Other than that, which is easily avoided, the house was great!

House was perfect for a weekend checking out University of Arkansas and taking in a football game. Great location, very clear… we were even welcomed with a super cute welcome basket.

The house was great .the floor was dirty and one toilet dirty and i called host and he just sided w cleaning people.i didnt want anything out of it i jurlst think the cleaning peoole did a bad job and instead of caring about my comcern he just sided with cleaners.oh well hes paying them not me but it wasnt clean to my liking

We rented this home for a week while attending the Washington County Fair where my daughter shows livestock. The house was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable linens and beds, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated and close to the U of A, shopping, and dining. Josh was an excellent host! We will definitely be back next year when fair week rolls around!

The house is brand new, very well appointed and super comfortable beds. The master is firmer and the 2nd bedroom is softer so let's you chose your preference. The hottub is REALLY nice end of the day. On our visit in Aug the weather dropped to 64 so felt like we're in Colorado. Saw shooting stars and the settings let you go from a deep simmer to a raging waterfall. Loved our stay and our host was super communicative and made the whole trip perfect. Close to campus and also easy drive to highway. Only note don't follow Google they keep sending you to gooseberry but you have to take woodlark off mt comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you can.

We were in town for a basketball tournament for the weekend. The house was in a nice location and very easy to get to after we found it. It is a new address so when the street is finished it will be a lot easier. The house was beautiful and very clean! We will defiantly stay again if we are in the area. The host was very responsive and answered quickly any time we had a question. Great experience and the extra toys were a plus!
