This property is in an amazing location - buses are so close by and handy, only about a half hour ride out from the city, and a great selection of restaurants in walking distance! As well as a grocery store.
I really appreciated the towel and roll of toilet paper placed in the room, and the light that filters in makes it such a nice place.
Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Vancouver!

The room was simple, comfortable and clean.
Could use more decoration and the floor in common areas was dusty. The floor mat in the room could be a little better quality.

Excellent location, bus to downtown is around the corner, groceries, restaurants and other shops are walking distance
Drain pipes are kind of noisy, my room (b102) had a tabaco smell

A quiet, clean cozy and comfortable place to stay, very helpful and friendly staff

The Bed did not not give me comfort. I would prefer a proper Hotel in my next visit. Notwithstanding, the staff were quite helpful all through

it had everything you need from the kitchen to laundry and wifi
my room floor had a lot of dirt and hair

Clean room, convenient to have a kitchen available, good location and good value for Vancouver prices.
Wifi wasn’t very good. Sound travels easily so could hear guests in other rooms quite often.

I love this place. Nice cozy rooms. Clean. I will be back next month!

The stay was great. Everything was great except for the bathroom door knob. It jammed multiple times.
The bathroom door knob. It jammed up when you are inside. You end up locking yourself inside, and there is no way to open it from the outside.
A humble request to the host, please replace it.

The lady who works there is so lovely, no English but we got by! Very smiley and let me store my bags for an hour post check out
The bed was comfy and I felt very safe during my 4 night stay
The place was very clean and we wear provided slippers once in the house
I was able to use the washer and dryer which was very useful!
Very warm and powerful shower
Quite thin walls as able to hear conversations from others in common area, but that was only one evening
Expensive but I guess most of Vancouver is

Firstly, I want to say that we are not petty guests who usually overlook a lot. However, this hotel was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. For nearly 200 Canadian dollars per night, we would have expected at least clean bathrooms and rooms.
The check-in is done via a door code that you only receive after 4:00 PM. The owners are never seen - so if you don't have internet access, you can't even enter the house. Additionally, the address is incorrectly marked on Google Maps.
Our room was very dirty and especially hard to ventilate. The room has a small window, making it very stuffy and hot inside. The street noise is very loud, and the curtains cannot be closed. There's dust everywhere.
The shared bathroom is dirty. The shower only works very cold or very hot. There's no water dispenser to refill your water bottles.
Furthermore, the kitchen is extremely dirty. There's hardly any cutlery or bowls.

The location was perfect way better than I thought. The whole building was super clean and tidy. I didn't use the kitchen but it had everything you needed to make a full meal. The beds were really comfortable.

The locations was perfect. Not too far from Fraser few minutes walk to the Main street just too perfect.
Also the property was so clean and the landlady was so accommodating.
Love the property and will definitely want to stay here whenever I visit Vancouver for another holiday.
I give it 5 stars!
Nothing in particular.
Only that there was no way to reach out to the management in case of any emergency.
At least somebody should be on standby to attend to the guest.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. I appreciated the guaranteed parking spot. The owner was lovely and very responsive to communication.
No A/C. My room was quite warm (middle of summer). There was a fan but I was still uncomfortably warm. The washroom was kept as clean as possible, but it could use a renovation.

The house was beautiful. Plenty of towels, and everything was clean. It's in a nice safe neighborhood.
The bus stop is literally 2 houses away. There were several other guests staying there too, but we did not hear them. And we had no problem sharing the bathroom. There was a 1/2 bath downstairs available too.
The bed in the room we stayed in had a huge sleigh bed frame. It was crammed against the wall so I had to crawl over my friend to get in and out of bed.
The front door keypad was not working so one night we had to wake another guest to unlock the door. The owner was in China so he sent several new codes for us to try to no avail. Luckily one guest had been there for an extended stay, and we just left the back door unlocked for one another.
It takes about 45 minutes to ride the bus to town. This location would be best with a rental car.

The location was easy to find and access by public transportation.
The room and kitchen/bathroom was very dated. It needs a thorough clean! Carpet was filthy and stained. Didn’t look vacuumed at all. Kitchen needs a deep clean and organization. Sugar and coffee was available. Soap, shampoo and towels provided. Bed seemed clean and was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but very dated. All was functional however - and the price was right! A new coat of paint on walls, baseboards and doors would do wonders! Blinds were old and dated. No air conditioning but fan worked ok. Communication with us was excellent and they were very kind to let us keep our luggage there for the day while we toured Stanley Park and had a late night flight. Paint and clean and perhaps update faucets and appliances and blinds- and this would be prime!

Good sized room. Economical for Vancouver.
The biggest problem was the heat. There is no air conditioning and the window in my room barely opened so it was a heat box during the day. The thermostat just outside my room read 28.5C at 2:00am the day I arrived. It was uncomfortable at times. While not dirty, the place also could have been cleaner and there was an odd odor in the bathroom.

Close to public transport, quiet location, peaceful, clean & tidy, comfy bed
No instructions on how to use bathroom tap which was difficult & frustrating.
My bedroom window was only partially covered with curtains, and a lot of light came in early in the morning through the other side which only had light vertical blinds, and I found that a problem for sleeping.
The chairs at kitchen table Have no padding left in the seats and are uncomfortable to sit on.

Good nearby bus links.
Quiet location
2 bottles of water in room
Host needs to let guests know the door code more than one day in advance.

Noise coming from the adjacent bathroom. Once the shower was turned on, there was a very loud noise of the pipes. Also, there were no curtains, which made the room very bright. In general, the interior was worn and torn.
5.0
Tidy and reasonably priced. Transit and groceries were nearby.
Very loud and hot. I was woken up by others in the house multiple times each night.

Nothing
Not what we expected for a Booking.com property!

The room was nice and a good size with a comfy bed. Bathroom and kitchen were cleaned regularly. Being able to do laundry was a plus. Decent location with a bus stop and coffee shops etc. nearby
Some places could do with a deep clean and a refresh. The blinds in the room had a slate missing and were quite mouldy. The laundry room was next door so was quite loud and people had it on late so times for laundry would be good.

It was a good price and close to buses.
It was very warm in the room. Also, someone took a shower at 3:30 am. It was very noisy since I was sleeping in the room next to the washroom.

lots of numbers for entry door made it hard to remember

Place was clean and bed was really comfy.
There was no air-conditioning. Made for a very hot night
