The Resort overlooks the area's only Ski Lodge and offers views for miles. Some of the best views in the Smoky Mountains!!! "Oh What A View" is newly remodeled and is fresh and ready to go! Features include 2 new memory foam mattresses, wood burning fireplace (seasonal) , new appliances, new furniture, outdoor pool (seasonal) , deck with phenomenal view, grill/picnic area with playground, small arcade in clubhouse and onsite laundry facility. Two comfortable queen beds allow for plenty of sleeping room. One queen bed is in overhead loft looking out sky windows. The second bed is a built in queen window bed, providing a phenomenal Mountain view right from the comfort of the bed! THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR but is only on 3rd floor. Perfect for a romantic getaway or small families Only a few minutes down the Mountain (about 4 miles) is downtown Gatlinburg. Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge is less than 2 miles, while the National Park is a mere 5 miles to the entrance. Nearby Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are about 20 minutes away. Very nice apartment with awesome views of Gatlinburg.
The upstairs bedroom has skylights and is amazing.
Everything Daniel said is correct.
Very clean, very comfortable.
I could sit on the deck for 8 hours and never get bored.
The beds are memory foam or similar. Very comfortable.
I would love to come back.

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas this year! The property was exactly how it was described online. The patio view was AMAZING! The drive up the mountain was a little scary but so worth the view.

My husband and I were taken back by the location of this condo in that it was only 15-20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! It basically felt like we were on a mountain looking over the beautiful smoky mountains, and going down the mountain we were minutes away from the city. The condo was very tastefully designed, clean, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here for a shorter trip, as the residence was very small and compact. The host, Daniel, was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great weekend getaway!

We had a splendid weekend getaway at the Gatlinburg Summit condos! The view was exceptional, cleanliness was on the mark, and felt completely at home. The communication with Daniel was perfect…days prior and during our stay…he was following up to make sure we arrived okay. We could not have been happier…the only flaw is that we were only there for 2 nights. But, it was completely worth it!

Perfect view of downtown Gatlinburg! Condo was updated and very clean! Great communication. The condo is located on the 3rd floor at the top corner of the building. Location was perfect! Comfortable beds and couches! Would definitely stay again!

The condo itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location. For the most part it was pretty clean, and the owner, Daniel, was incredibly communicative.
We were a little disappointed to find some questionable stains on the upstairs bed comforter. No biggie, we just slept downstairs. The rest of the condo was really clean anyways. There is a window in the bathroom with no blinds or curtain that made us a tad uncomfortable because it can be seen from the back side of other condos.
On our last day there, the AC went out. We contacted the owner and he immediately tried to get the problem resolved, sending someone over even though it was pretty late in the day. He was really communicative and put in a great effort to solve the problem, although no apology was ever extended. Unfortunately, the unit had frozen over so we spent the rest of the night with the inside temp over 80 degrees. We would have opened the windows but there were a lot of bugs outside and no screens in the windows.
Overall we were pleased, it's just those few pretty disappointing experiences that really tainted our experience with this rental.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this unit. Directions provided were great, and the view is stunning. The complex was quiet, even though there appeared to be many guests there. There were just two of us, which is probably the ideal limit, as there is only the one bathroom. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and the redecorating of the unit is spot on! Will recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. It was quiet and the view was amazing. Within minutes, we saw a bear and many after. Communication was outstanding. Definitely a place to go again.

This unit had a great view of the mountains and overlooked downtown. In fact, we sat on the balcony on the 4th and watched the fireworks below. The condo was well maintained and very clean. The unit was spacious enough for our family of four which includes two adults and two teens. We were also fortunate enough to see some black bears in the parking lot on two different occasions.

The view!! Not going to lie, our first drive up to the condo we second guessed staying up in the mountains but a couple trips to and from town mad eus much more comfortable with the curvy roads. Definitely worth it! Door dash also delivers, so we were able to order food, booze and toiletries the first night. So nice! We will def stay again!

“Oh what a view” was absolutely wonderful! I felt right at home. The pictures did not lie. Everything was just as pictured. The view was breathtaking. Daniel supplied everything needed but I always travel with my own so I didn’t have to use anything like towels wash clothes etc. The only thing that I wish was different was that the balcony was closed in somehow. It rained pretty much the entire time we were there and it would have been nice to sit on the balcony without getting wet but that still didn’t ruin it for me. I looked for bears every time I looked out the window and on my way out leaving I finally saw one! It was a great ending to an awesome getaway. I will definitely stay again if in the area!

The condo is small and cozy all you need after a day of exploring! The roads in the smoky”s are a bit scary but worth the view at the top!! Sunrise was worth waking up too! Can’t get any better than that! The owners were easy to contact and check in slick! Would recommend this property for couples!

Cozy little place and perfect for a couples getaway! The room was super cute and exactly like the photos! The beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise in the morning was our favorite part. I would highly recommend this place and would visit here again in the future!!

This is as adorable as the pics! Perfect accommodations for my husband and I. The view is absolutely amazing. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely book this again!

This place is fantastic. It is very cozy, and beautifully decorated and the views are absolutely amazing. My wife and I watched the sunrise over the mountain each morning as we sipped our coffee. It is just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We are already scheduling another stay at this property and plan to make it a tradition.
