This is the entire left hand side of the building upstairs and downstairs. This setup is perfect for a bit more privacy is combining families or generational travel. On top floor the open concept kitchen opens to living room.bedrooms have all new furniture too.. End of street you can actually fish as City owns that. We do allow up to 12 people - however 8 is less than ideal as this 3 bedrooms youd have some kids in the mix. King bed in master plus a small fold down couch perfect for kiddos. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but bottom bunk is a Queen, top bunk is adult sized double bed. The 2nd bedroom please note is smaller, and children should watch themselves getting into top bunk as there is a ceiling fan present. Downstairs is another bunk double on bottom twin bed on top plus a fold down couch in the living room. The pool and backyard are shared space.with the other side of this duplex, FYI. Combine both sides to accommodate many.. We also have a private home even closer to bay same street with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14 more people for family get togethers.
