Nestled in Sevierville, this lovely condo for $197 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our newly decorated balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with tempurpedic mattresses and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with tempurpedic mattresses with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. As you can see from the reviews, it's kept extremely clean. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have a second 2 bedroom 2 bath on the same floor for those who may need 2 units. The condo was well equipped, and a very comfortable stay. I used the kitchen and it was well stocked, i especially liked the stainless steel cookware. We liked the location of the condo too, it was convenient to lots of restaurants, Walmart, and easy to get in and out of. We will definitely check with this property in the future.

Loved the condo and location but check in process awlful received check in process by email and this was message room number---- and code ---- phone number --- --- ---- honestley this is what we got no actual numbers i was beginning to think i had been scamed could not reach hostess ended up having to call vrbo to get room, and code to condo it was awlful and no contact info in room for emergencies in room thank goodness we had no emergency in room. But when we actually got in condo it was great never rented a condo where i couldn't get in touch with the hostess

We spent the last 5 nights of an extended family vacation in this lovely condo! Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. There were some maintenance issues that we notified the owner of right away. While they were willing to address them during our stay, it was easier for us to skip at the time and adjust how we did things. Hopefully they've since been addressed. The location was absolutely perfect - close to the main drag, but the picturesque river view hid the scene. There was quite a loud drain from the unit above, but that's a building issue. Some people are more sensitive to things like that. It didn't bother us once we realized it wasn't from this unit. We really loved the non smoking balcony. I get very sick from smoke, so haven't been able to enjoy some places as much due to others in other units smoking.This wasn't a problem at all here!! Got to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and ducks everyday! Overall, great place, great location, great price, would definitely hope to stay here again if we return to that area!

Great location close to Tanger Outlet and great restaurants. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Unit is on the end on the first floor. Unit is very clean. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Location was great. We loved that it was on the bottom floor with no stairs. As a host to another host I say it needs a deep clean. TV didn’t work by the instructions given so the housekeeper had to come over. She got one to work and we finally worked with the living room tv to be able to watch football. But with that said, I would consider it next year.

Location was superb snf had a great pool. Unit needs a little TLC. Communication was lacking. Guest bathroom is designed for handicap use. Shower was not user friendly if you wanted to stand and take shower. The shower nozzle is low and I had to bend over to get my head wet and I'm short. For the rate it was an ok stay.

The condo is precious, clean and spacious. It's in town and convenient to everything to do in the area, but the river view from the back porch makes it feel rural and private. Accessing the unit was easy and the owner was available right away for a minor question we had. We would love to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay! Super relaxing and a convenient location. I also want to note that this condo is very handicapped friendly! My children slept comfortably in their own room and my husband and I really enjoyed the balcony with river view. Everything we could have needed was provided. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was amazing the beds are extremely comfortable (our Aunt and Uncle who are in their 70s raved about them) the master shower had amazing water pressure and everything was so comfortable. In the evenings the ducks would come up to quack at you. The complex was quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great little condo. Everything was just as expected. The condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking but not much extra which wasn’t an issue for us since we were eating out most of the week. It’s situated very close to anything you might need. The littles enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was also clean and well cared for. Our only hiccup was the TV situation. We did manage to get the living room and one of the bedrooms turned on and functioning but the third we finally gave up on. With that being said there were specific instructions left for how to turn them on. We tried and failed but it wasn’t a big enough deal for us to reach out to the owners. All in all a great little place.

We were here for our daughters dance competition. We absolutely loved our stay. Not only were we close to the convention center but we were close enough to the attractions that we were able to do other things on our down time.

We have rented cabins in this area and did not enjoy them as much as we did this condo. The condo was close to everything we needed in this area. We went to my great niece high school graduation in Sevierville. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and quiet. Also the creek was pretty and the ducks were awesome. Thank you. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Nice and clean, comfortable beds, perfect location, and loved the wildlife out back by the river. We have to travel to Sevierville a few times a year for our daughters travel volleyball. We will be booking this condo again instead of a big resort with tons of people and hassle. This was perfect for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie's condo. She was great to work with and answered all my questions. The condo was very clean, the view of the river was an added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. This condo is located just off the main stretch of PF and convenient to all the hot spots in the area. We will be booking this condo again in the near future.

My sisters and I had the best time!! We chose this condo because it was near the outlet mall and very convenient to all the places we wanted to go!!! They also decorated a little for my 60th birthday!! The only down side was the chairs and couch need to be replaced. Very hard to sit in.
