10 for 10 do not recommend
It was cute and clean for the most part
The beds were horrible the address is incorrect the test were from like 1990 with a vcr the furniture was dingy and worn out something was chewing inside the love seat the hot tub controls didnt work the floor at the bottom of the stairs on main floor was soft and felt like we was gonna fall threw. I followed instructions by calling the number on the fridge was given a different number saying they didn't handle the property then stephanie gave me a different number saying she no longer handled the property called that number they had to call stephanie to make sure she didnt handle it they were unaware they handled it which ex ok ains so mich asked for a new location or a refund because the beds were awful. We litterly had to buy air mattresses to sleep on. They offered mattress toppers stating the mattresses were new ... aint nooo way tjey were but besides how would they know they didn't even know they took care of the property. Noone ever showed up with mattress toppers or nor did we hear back at all from them. Also the plumbing had to be plunged and smelt like sewage in the upstairs bathroom. Also the location from town on the description and actual is about a 30 to 45 min drive to pigeon forge not a quick 15 min trip. The address is actually 3218 bear country way not 3218 bear mountain lane luckily we had common sense enough to drive around a little and were able to come across it its a good bit away from where they say it is. Over all the location was fine if all the other stuff hadn't been awful. 10 for 10 do not recommend!! Worse place we have ever stayed while visiting the mountains and we come 4 times a year since 2004. I would venture to say worse place I have ever stayed on my trip any where simply because the customer service was awful but especially because the beds were terrible and I had to spend the cost of another few nights stay on air mattresses.
