Neighboring houses are located close to either side of the house as well as the other side of the wooden fence in the backyard. The neighborhood is family-friendly and this property is located in a cul-de-sac with a public park right next door. It is peaceful, yet easily accessible. We don't recommend booking with young children because of the pool. If guest brings children, guest agrees to be responsible for and supervise children at all times. Pool guy comes to clean once a week, usually on Mondays. If inclement weather, will need to come a different day. Guests will need to allow him access to the pool area if stay includes one of those days. The pool heater is set to 82 degrees from March thru October. The pool can be heated for your stay between November and February for an additional fee. Please ask.
