Great location, but very disappointing experience

The location was very convenient and well situated.

The instructions for entering the apartment were unclear. The very positive reviews did not match the reality of the place and strongly influenced my decision to book. The sofa bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable, although the bed linen itself was clean. For two guests, we were given only one small and one large towel, and the small towel had very suspicious brown stains on it, which was completely unacceptable. What I found most shocking was receiving a message from the host accusing me of leaving with the apartment's router. I found this extremely inappropriate. I would strongly recommend looking at other options. I honestly think I would have slept better in my car. In my experience, many of the glowing reviews no longer reflect the current condition of the accommodation.

Very nice, well maintained studio flat at convenient and safe location to explore Poznan.

Location: For a solo or couples travelling around Poland, this is a fine place to stay and explore Poznan. Location is well connected to the city by road (who travels by car) and also by public transport, or by cycling. Terme and the lake are only about 15-20 minute walk. There are several convenience stores, excellent street food and a bakery ('pekarnia') nearby within easy walking distance. The area appears quiet and safe even for late night walks; residentual houses are all around the premises and the neighbourghood is well maintained by the residents. There is a space for 5-6 cars in the designated area, and maybe for 1-2 more if the rules for parking on the pavement or by the kerb could be bent a little bit if absolutely needed which is just fine. Accommodation: I did not expect luxury, or rather expected very basic arrangements inside the small studio-flat, but for a short-stay perfectly okay as I did not plan to stay inside anyway. There is kitchenette with utensils, a fairly sized fridge and a small micro-wave oven - which added for convenience of replicating that "home food away from home" feeling. A small washing machine in is another nice bonus. Temperatures during early October nights were dropping but the central heating was being regularly turned on from somewhere within the property (it is a small residential block with maybe 10 or so studios; some lower with windows at the ground level; I was on the "upper" floor which arguably offered a better view on the street) so that was a nice plus. But, my best impression is the cleaniness (frankly better than I occasionally found in some far more expensive hotels).On my arival, I happened to have bumped into two young ladies who were keeping it to the highest standard - which added to the overall picture that the property is maintained by decent people who are doing their best for the weary travellers.

It could be debated whether it might be worth adding a tv screen (I guess all visitors would vote "yess") but, again, for anyone planning to spend time outdoors this may not feature high on the list of priorities. However, an objection that I would have is about very poor sound insulation; it appeared as if the adjacent studio-flats are separated by hollow plasterboard wall panels, or similar; I had a feeling that even vertical ventilation ducts in the kitchen and the (repeating myself here: super-clean) bathroom are also contributing to the problem of unwelcomed propagation of sound. I probably belong to that class of people who do not complain much about things and did not mind it - but noticed that someone else mentioned it in their review; so, hopefully, this criticism will prompt a nice and friendly host to address the issue. That said, if I am in the area again, I would probably stay here again.

Blisko Malty,sklepy takie jak żabka, Rosmman,Kerffur, piekarnia,apteka.

Jedyną rzeczą, która mi przeszkadzała, była duża przeszklona ściana przy wejściu do apartamentu – drzwi i okno praktycznie stanowiły jedną całość. Zamiast firany, przez którą można byłoby rano wpuścić światło dzienne, była tylko jedna gruba zasłona. W związku z tym, żeby zachować prywatność, trzeba było mieć ją cały czas zasuniętą, przez co w środku było dość ciemno.
