Welcome to Arima Shores - Luxury Pristine property with PRIVATE BEACH IN THE BACKYARD!! 10 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake and 20 mins from the Spire Institute! Luxury Suite, Master Bedrooms, the bathroom includes both whirlpool & shower; walk-in closet; dresser drawers, vanity desk I bedroom 2: King Bed with storage bench I Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with large walk-in closet-with vanity I Bedroom 4: Full Bed (2) I Bedroom 5: Full Bed Trundle Bed (Sleeps 2) I Ottoman beds - 2, living room Lounge bed ( Sleeps 1). High-Speed WIFI, Smart Tvs ( 85inch & 60inch), Private Patio with grill. Lake Erie water views from most rooms, The Luxury Bedroom opens up directly onto the backyard private huge wooden patio through sliding glass doors. Lake views from 3 bedrooms. One Gig high-speed complimentary WIFI Internet to connect your laptop or phone. 4k Ultra HD 50-inch Smart TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, or Hulu in the bedroom. You can even connect your laptop to the TV using Smartcast. Living Room has Ultra HD 60-Inch Smart TV as well. Private large wooden backyard deck with new gas grill, six seats wrought iron patio set, and a lot of additional wooden bench seating with views of Lake Erie. Bonus: White Gravel seating area outside directly overlooking the private beach. Outdoor furniture will be moved inside during the cold, snowy winter. Take the wooden steps and a walkway to visit the private beach. We recently build more steps and walk way to the beach. It takes approximately 100 steps to get to our private beach. Amenities to make your stay more enjoyable include: o Keurig Coffee Maker with complimentary K-Cups o Tea kettle with complimentary Organic Herb Teas o Whirlpool/Shower o Full linens & towels provided. o The beds are covered and protected with antibacterial and waterproof casing o Iron & Iron Board o Eat-in Kitchen is fully stocked to cook a gourmet meal o Washer & Dryer o A huge driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars+ and even a boat trailer You will be the sole occupant at the house during your stay, and it will not be shared. You can use the home and outdoor property as your own, feel free to use the kitchen and any supplies. The entire house is only for the use of our guests not to share with anyone else. There are outside security cameras installed above the garage and the backyard porch. They are only able to be accessed by ourselves and solely in case of emergency, home invasion, or home problems. All cameras face outward, and there is no surveillance indoors. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE - ALSO ONLY HYPOALLERGENIC, WELL-BEHAVED DOGS ALLOWED WITH PERMISSION.( we had unauthorized pets recently and they left a mess behind, during COVID-19, we are being extra cautious about providing a wholly sanitized and safe home for our guests). We are always looking forward to hosting great people, so I'll be waiting for an inquiry from you, and we can start discussing some more details from there. Upon request, we can provide additional twin beds for families with children. We also are more than happy to give a child's crib if you have small children. Please let us know before your visit so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Also, Please note - if you have young children to keep the basement door closed as the stairs are steep. Baby Gate is available upon request or if you inform us earlier. We have made sure your stay at our home is luxurious and comfortable, and We are hoping you would respect and love our space the way we do.

The inside of the house is clean. The furniture is comfy. Loved the small perks like K-cups, cocoa, tea, marshmallows, spices, & toiletries! The neighborhood appears safe and we had no issues. Big table for group meals & lots of dinnerware for a larger group. Host provided a nice book with detailed information about the home and area. Beach access is nice, even at the end of December. Extra blankets in the winter would have been a nice touch. Outside of property needs a fall cleanup. Otherwise great stay and host communicates well & promptly. Would stay again.

The house is very nice as described. We rented many houses before, but never had a rental that has everything you need. All toiletries in the bathrooms, toothbrushes, toothpaste, q tips, dental floss, bandages, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Kitchen had all spices, coffee, tea for keurig, coffee for regular coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised by all extras owner provided. They even left us toy for our dog. Too much to list. Any questions we had owner answered very quickly. Only suggestion, needs new frying pan. We'll be staying there again 😀

Beautiful, roomy house with plenty of room for our large group of 17. House had everything we needed and had a great outdoor area. Beach was amazing and the reason we rented the house but we ended up utilizing the backyard and deck more than anything. Beach is rocky so water shoes were a necessity but once in the water a bit it's sandy and lovely and very private. Great communication with host and all questions answered promptly. I don't think you'll regret booking this place. My family has already mentioned booking it again next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. Marcus was very responsive to all questions. The lake view and lake access were perfect. We all enjoyed the kayaks, swimming, looking at rocks at the beach, and a bonfire with lake views. The house could use some TLC and a deep clean. It is well laid out with a bonus game room. The location is convenient too. Overall, the whole group, young and old, enjoyed our stay!

My recent stay at this private beach house was an absolute treat! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the host and breathtaking views. Located right at the Lake Erie, with just few steps, you can bask in incredible private beach experience, with no one but just you and your family. This was the highlight of our whole trip. The house itself was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The interior was tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities. The living spaces were spacious and inviting, the pool table was a hit among the kids as they enjoyed playing a lot. Beach: The highlight of this rental was undoubtedly the outdoor area. The private access to the beach was a true luxury. The beach was both sandy with lots of cool stones to add to your collection. Host: They were highly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Few Quirks: 1) The way down to the beach is mostly wooden steps, but there were few spots without any steps, which made it difficult to get to the beach. It can be a safety hazard too, especially after the rain, on one of the days, it made it a quite slippery. We had a family from age 7 to 70 and all made it fine, but this is definitely a must fix for the host. 2) While it is listed as 14 people VRBO home, it is definitely NOT for 14 people (including children). The host counted 2 people who would sleep on the couch. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Overall, great property. Grass could have been cut; The deck could have been swept; Steps to lake broken and very dangerous to navigate. Main reason we chose property was lake access: Outdoor shower pipes split and leaking and not usable. Inside, there were only 2 wash clothes for 14 ppl, 2 hand towels for 3 bathrooms; There weren't enough bath towels for 14 ppl; Eventually after searching the home, I found damp bath towels mixed with sheets in the basement on a table across from the washing machine, so I placed in the dryer to finish drying; 2 wastebaskets for 3 bathrooms, and both were full of garbage; under both couch cushion in the living room were pistachio shells, a small dog bone, a half eaten sucker, straws, dog food, plastic wrap, and lots of crumbs. I'm not trying to be critical but wanted you to be aware as a new owner. Full disclosure, half of one of the kayak paddles was lost in the lake.

We (2 families) had a great time at this house. Property managers were very responsive and the place had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk and it was very cool to see the ice buildup on Lake Erie. This is a great spot for a quiet getaway with friends and family.

Great place for family vacation. Very private and relaxing. Beautiful sunset on a lake. Plenty of front and backyard space for family games. The house was very comfortable for 12 people. We wished to have a bigger kitchen to prep the food. Other than that, one of the best vacation. We would love to go back there.

This is such a great place for our work mini vacation! It has got plenty of space, great areas for gathering, as well as those to relax and enjoy nature's beauty. We enjoy cooking and this house is well stocked with all you need. The fire pit is a great way to relax after a day of sun and the Lake. The personal touches are so nice, providing wine and chocolates, coffee, and tea . Thank you for sharing your home...we will be back!

We had friends come over from different parts of country for a reunion and baby shower celebration. Each one of us loved the interior, hospitality and comfort. The house was so cozy and comfortable we had fun thoroughly. Had the best baby shower party!! Made great memories for life. Big thanks to Raebeca and would definitely recommend this beautiful place with private beach for any intimate event or ceremony!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Haven. The private beach was great as well as the hammocks & the fire pit. We really enjoyed the decor & feel of the house. We hope to come back again. Highly recommend to family or to a group of friends.

Every year for Christmas and birthdays, my husband I take my daughter family (5 kids) summer vacation. Great place plenty of outdoor space for kids and adults. I was pleasantly surprised at was available for kids to play with. Corn hole basketball to name 2. Loved the fire pit. Long walk down to the beach. Glad stairs were there small beach Beautiful beach mile down the road
