Situated in Lake Erie, this attractive house for $673 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to The Madison Lakehouse, one of the best vacation rentals on Lake Erie! This is a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Spanish style home located on a unique triple lot with over 200 feet of lakefront property. The large property provides mature natural landscaping, tremendous privacy, and breathtaking lake views and sunsets! The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect lake vacation. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you could want to cook the perfect meal. The living room features a gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV with surround sound, and 2 sofas including 1 queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats 10 and boasts a perfect view of the lake through its large picture windows. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; including the Master bedroom, one guest bedroom and “Dorm” room. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The second upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with dresser conveniently located next to the 2nd floor full bath. The “Dorm” room has 3 full beds each with a twin trundle bed below and a TV with DVD player. Additionally, there is a first floor guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the large first floor full bath featuring a stall shower, ceramic tile floor and granite countertop. Enjoy the magnificent Lake Erie sunsets from the yard or the sun deck by the lake! There is plenty of outdoor seating (both dining and leisure), a propane gas grill and lots of yard space for any outdoor activities or games. The large private yard is great for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying picturesque views of the lake. The house is within walking distance to Madison Township Park which includes a public beach, boat launch, full outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, children’s playground, ice cream shop and several restaurants and bars. There are also several local Wineries in the area including Debonne, Grand River Cellars, Ferrante and Laurentia to name a few plus 3 breweries and 18 covered bridges. You will also find Geneva State Park (with incredible beach) and Marina with fishing charters, Geneva On the Lake (Ohio's oldest resort town), restaurants, shopping, zip line course, escape room and golf courses all within a 15-minute drive. Girls weekend for 7 from OH, FL & GA. The property, location & view were AMAZING!!! Very, very clean, well stocked with everything you could ever need. Our families had a gteat stay. The house was very nice and well stocked. There is a beautiful view and the neighborhoid is very quiet. Close to stores, park and tourist attractions.

Thank you for sharing this family home with our family. It was the perfect place to spend a quiet long weekend just being together. The house is perfectly set up for lake days while still elegant enough to have all the comforts you want when you are no longer 25. The downstairs bedroom/bath was perfect for an ailing brother.

The home is warm, inviting and has all you could ever want for cooking. We love to cook and there is more than we needed. Every attention to detail here at this home.

Our stay was perfect in this beautiful home. We had 11 people and it was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast! The table was large enough for all of us and we enjoyed both sitting areas. My favorite part of our trip was having my coffee in the morning while looking out the picture window at the spectacular view of Lake Erie! The beds were very comfortable, everything was great during our long weekend. All members of our family want to return next year. What a gem, it was wonderful!

Clean, spacious, generously equipped, cozy, spectacular view…those are just a few ways to describe this property. My sisters and I have stayed in many places over the years that were nice, but this lake house out does them all.
We all very much also appreciated the well appointed and maintained yard and the deck down by the water.
We all decided that this is THE place that we want to return to for local vacations in the future.

This is the second time my family has gotten together at this lake house for our annual autumn get-together, and like the time before, we found the house and property to be the perfect place to make lasting memories. The kitchen is stocked; the bedrooms, clean and comfortable; and the beach access, ideal. We will most definitely be back next year.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were seven mom's who stayed for a girls weekend away and this was the perfect space to be in. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to towels and linens, cards to play games, and the most relaxing view of the water from the sun porch - which let's face it, as busy working mom's sometimes a space to relax with a beautiful view is all you need for a minute! I think all of us commented on how incredibly clean the house was, it was light and bright, the energy felt warm and inviting, and there was a place for all of us to sleep. Pete was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions quickly, and made sure to check-in during our stay. We loved it so much, we've already talked about going back!

Great Stay at a Wonderful Lake House!
My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well-maintained. My mother has mobility issues so the first floor bedroom and full bath made all of the difference for a pleasant stay. The yard is very private with hedges surrounding the back yard and the house sits right on the lake with a deck right by the water. Beautiful views from the dining room and front room of the house as well. Though it was too cold at the time of year we stayed to utilize the water toys provided, we think this would be a wonderful addition to the stay in warmer weather. Five stars across the board! Highly recommend!

A Lovely Home with a Beautiful View
This spacious and meticulously equipped home was the perfect spot for an autumn weekend getaway on the lake for my family, my sisters' families, and my parents. We enjoyed lounging on the deck that overlooks the beach and Lake Erie during the day and, at night, eating our meals around the dining room table that managed to seat all of us and offered us another amazing view of the lake. The house truly became a comfortable home away from home, so much so that the kids didn't want to leave. We will be back!

The property is beautiful and the setting sublime! The house is incredibly well stocked and comfortable. There are lots of places to be making for a lovely stay for a combined family of 10.

It rained every day in the middle of July (everyone said "this is ohio, weather is bad") and there wasnt' much to do near by (the town is underdeveloped). We ended up driving 40 minutes away to Mentor to go to a shopping mall to give tweens something to do. Lake erosion is a real thing there, so be careful. The property next door was having a retention wall put in and loud construction for 5 of the 7 days we were there.
