Room spacious with awesome bath! Everything updated and in excellent working order. Staff friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was there was no inhouse restaurant for an early breakfast. A most enjoyable experience overall.

Great room, nice variety of slot machines in the casino, the food was great, it didn't take us long to get downtown! Staff was helpful and accommodating! Only downfall was drunk girl trying to get in our room at 3am. All in all will be back thanks for the great service!

Place was beautiful and up to date. The casino was slot machines and fun to pass the time. Oliver’s restaurant was phenomenal and everyone was incredibly friendly across every line of service. Will definitely stay again.

Top Hotel and Casino. We loved every second of our stay

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted at the front desk. We received our room keys and went to the room and were not able to enter, the room keys did not work. Went to the lobby to let them know and someone came up with new key cards, they didn’t work, she tried again, still no luck, a manager came up, again no success so after 4 tries and 30 minutes later they gave us a new room which was lovely. The rest of our stay was very pleasant. Nice room and bathroom. The hotel itself was lovely and the casino was very nice too.

Just overnight after Churchill Downs visit. All employees were cheerful. Oliver’s was super excellent! Best biscuits ever!

Unfortunately We did not have any housekeeping service, so we didn’t even have towels to shower the second day of our stay.

Would recommend you NOT get a room on the second floor - or you're loudly sharing it with the live band (1st night) and DJ (second night)

Wow, I've stayed ina lot of hotels and this one is easily in my top 3! For the price, this is a much better hotel than a lot of Marriotts and Hilton's I've stayed in. It's super clean and the rooms are very spacious! There's free parking and restaurants on site if you want a quick bite. The beds were super comfortable and the whole room had a very luxurious feel to it. The hot water in the shower does take a while to kick in but it does work. Staff was also amazing! Anytime I'm back in Louisville l'm for sure coming back here!

This by far one of the best we have stayed out for a weekend getaway. The room was luxurious, clean, and comfy. The hotel staff were helpful and we loved the security of only being able to get off on your designated floor. The casino was nice, they were out of cups for drinks, and their atm fee was pricey but that comes with the territory. Overall definitely recommend.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was a constant dripping noise in the wall next to our bed. The music from the casino was so loud we could here it on the 5th floor we were staying at. The front desk staff not friendly and gave us next to no info about our stay. We were 3hours past check in time but was asked to havd a seat till he found out if our room was clean. Should Have been done at 3 glad we were behind schedule. We wouldnt stay again the vibe was not a very friendly one.

Arrived, can’t find our reservation. 10 minutes, what’s my name, asks my wife what her last name is to see if it’s in her name. Surrounded by cemeteries, I mean surrounded, planes taking off and walls of cotton, good luck sleeping. Bar, check it, $29 for 2 margaritas to go, in plastic cups, at a casino, in Louisville, who do you think you are? Not worth the day, night or time. If you like sketchy, expensive and no customer service, what I guess Kentucky is known for and I live here. Do better please.

Purchased this hotel through expedia only to show up and find I could not check in with my family. We were in town for Volleyball and were stuck without a room at 9:45 at night.
I checked my expedia confirmations and I didn’t see any warning of it being adults only.
We had just stayed at MGM, another hotel/casino a few weeks before without kids being an issue. Again, we were not there for the casino, just a clean room!
Worse part is I still have not been refunded. Because i didn’t know the policy I didn’t know to cancel 24 hours before we arrived to check in, so they have charged me for the 2 nights! I am still hopeful this situation is resolved, but Expedia and Derby, I expect better from both of you!

I would have given an excellent overall but we had luke warm showers all week but cold showers last two days. They did give me a refund but still have not seen it come back through Expedia.
The eatery food quality was not good we had a club sandwich and lunch meat and cheese in sandwich was like fake meat and cheese. The meat was like some kind of ground meat like bologna. Bar drinks were very good. We did not get a chance to try dinner at the restaurant.
We would stay again.

Booked king suit got put in double bed. Front desk nigh shift was not nice. She was short with my husband.

The hotel was very clean and gorgeous. There were some things missing that should have been in the room.... a make up mirror, some drinking glasses, an extra blanket. The inroom coffee maker didn't work well. Otherwise everything was great!

Check in was ok; didn’t offer a WiFi password at all; room was nice HOWEVER during early hours of 2/15/24, hot water went out in the entire hotel and we weren’t advised, had to call front desk and they had no eta on repair; husband had to take a cold shower before going to his uncle’s funeral. Check out never offered us some $ off our bill for the inconvenience and we could never figure out how to convert player card points into $ off room, which was too pricey and no breakfast open in the casino at 8am morning of 2/15/24. Totally not impressed!

Karen at check in was amazing and so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful. The shower water was just like warm but other than that, it was a great stay in a very clean and beautiful room and hotel in general.

Bar tender did not know how to make a top shelf long island, then proceeded to question my willingness to payfor it. She failed 2 times.
Got to my room and there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come dix it, yhen housekeeping hadcto clean it. It ruined the romantic experience i came for initially. The room should have been comped. I will not return unless this is rectified.

Rooms are clean no housekeeping once your in for your stay they dont give you hand soap to wash your hands at the sink!Had to go to desk and beg for some! Showers nice but hot water a problem had to get it hot! Rooms very noisy by airport hear the planes all night and day! Gambling a joke only slots have no video Roulette or craps or poker its a joke race track room a joke no programs and to cash out if lucky you win machine dosent work and cant bring voucher to cashier cause they say that part is churchill downs have to go there to collect all in all if you are a gambler stay away! Also no place there for breakfast at all!
