About this house rental

Located in Port Saint Joe, this attractive house for $195 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Cozy Corner is a spacious 2/2 home located near downtown Port St. Joe , two blocks from The Marina/beautiful Port Saint Joe Bay and Pickle Ball Courts. All local shoppings and restaurants are in walking/biking distance. Bikes are provided for your use during your stay. The port Saint Joe walking/biking trail is right down the street. Beaches are only minutes away in either direction. You can drive to Winmark beach in 5 minutes or Cape San Blas or Mexico Beach in 15 minutes. Pet friendly The space Spacious living room, Full Kitchen, Reading room, Two bathroom, one bathroom located between two bedroom, other bathroom located off from laundry room. Large patio with enclosed back yard for your pets. The parking pad for extra cars and boats has been extended, you can now park your boat without having to unhitch. The kitchen is fully stocked including but not limited pots/pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, silverware, glassware, crock pot, etc. We also strive to start all our guest off with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags. There are many local attractions for you to enjoy while staying in Port Saint Joe. Horseback riding on the beaches at Cape San blas, Scalloping in the bay or parasailing in Mexico beach.. All linen provided. Fenced in back yard for your pets. Children Welcome. Guest access Guest have access to house, patio, car port, additional parking for boat . Fenced in backyard for your pets, bikes and beach bin. Other things to note Parking pad for additional Cars/Boat. The parking pad has been extended so you can park your boat and not unhitch. The back yard has been enclosed for your pets.

The rental is a nice little cottage, with a great location and great amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as described. Convenient location with easy access to major roads, restaurants, coast. The only negative was that the water on the outside near where we parked the boat was discolored so I was not able to adequately clean the boat after we went out fishing. The inside water was very clean. I assume the outside faucet was on a different source and is not used enough.

Our stay was amazing! The house was wonderful and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was as advertised and promised! It was a pleasure!

Great location and perfect space for parking my boat. Very clean, comfortable beds, overall great amenities. Only minutes away from downtown and the marina. Will definitely stay there again.

Mary's place is great for those who bring a small boat. Parking my 20' skiff was easy and the boat launch is just a few blocks away. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you expect. Nice back porch with fenced yard to sit outside with the pup and friends. This place is now on my favorites list.

This home was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms but also the pull out couch and daybed and the extra couch gave plenty of bed space and lots of comfort for our stay. Super happy that there was parking for our boat, truck, and another vehicle. Also, the location is great for walking over to the downtown area to get to the great restaurants! We went for the scalloping down in Port St Joe and we're not disappointed with that or this lovely house. Thank you for everything!
