Great neighborhood!

Great location close to everything. Near I-17 and 40 making it great for anything up north. Bearizona, Polar Express, NAU, tubing and or Snowbowl. Highly recommend.

We were there for one night but the house was clean and the pool table was a bonus.

This older home has been updated to have current decor. It is obvious that this host takes interest in making the guests feel at home.
There was plenty of hot water for 4 of us to shower, even when running the washer, and the towels were well stocked in the upstairs linen closet.
A wide variety of snacks was provided along with brochures of things to do near the area.
Everything was labeled from the light switches to the kitchen cabinets and drawers with all information needed about our stay posted at the front door.
A large first aid kit was provided as well as toothbrushes and even travel shaving kits.
The outdoor lights are motion activated. I loved coming in at night to a well lit drive and front door.
The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
There were a couple of things that I messaged the host about, and she was quick to respond in a timely manner.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Renee was an amazing and attentive host. She was very communicative throughout our booking process until the end of our stay. The property was very clean and well kept. I loved how everything was labeled to make it easy to find. We will definitely stay at Renee’s property again.
