Nice property, located close to a lot of things downtown.
The property on first initial walk in was nice but instantly the smell of urine coming from the bathroom was prominent. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom for my stay.
Parking- since there was no parking close to the entrance and i still had to pay for parking. It was not an expect expense

We liked the amenities, the quiet hours, the size of the studio and how close it was to everything we wanted!
We had an issue getting our keys when we first arrived but was able to get the problem fixed in no time.

The entire check-in process was very clear and well organized. It’s obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the design of their system, especially from the guest’s perspective. Every step was intuitive and easy to follow, so I always knew what to do next. The whole process felt smooth and efficient, and the overall user experience was excellent.
The apartment itself is fairly basic in terms of interior design and furnishings. That would not necessarily be an issue if the price were relatively low, as my expectations would naturally be different. However, considering that the nightly rate is quite high, I do feel that some of the shortcomings become much more noticeable.
First, the refrigerator is quite noisy. I’m not sure whether this is due to the particular model or another issue, but the noise is noticeable, especially at night when the apartment is quiet.
Second, the windows are fitted with blinds rather than blackout curtains, and they do not block the light very well. For guests who are sensitive to light or who prefer a dark sleeping environment, this can significantly affect sleep quality.
The third issue, and probably the most frustrating one for me, is the lighting setup around the bed. There is no light switch or bedside lamp that can be easily reached while lying in bed. There is a floor lamp, but it is positioned on the opposite side and behind the sofa, so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. This may sound like a small detail, but from a guest’s perspective it makes a surprisingly big difference. I normally like to relax in bed and look at my phone for a while before going to sleep, then simply reach over, turn off the light, and fall asleep. Here, that very basic routine is unnecessarily inconvenient.
None of these issues would be particularly serious in a budget accommodation. But at this price point, I would expect more attention to these basic details of comfort and usability. The apartment has a very smooth and well-designed check-in experience, but I think the same level of attention to the actual in-room experience would make the stay much better and more consistent with the price.
