- Perfecte locatie: rustige buurt, 10 min van de metro, onder de locatie een lekkere bakker, aan het einde van de straat twee kleine supermarkten
- Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf: wasmachine, regendouche, afwasmachine, kookgerei, koffiemachine, afwasblokjes
- Wij sliepen met 4 personen in een kleinere studio. Zeer grote slaapbank, heel makkelijk opgesteld. Op de tv kan je verschillende dingen kijken en ook streamen.
1 kamer aanwezig: groot en comfortabel.
- Hygiëne was top, lakens en handdoeken aanwezig
- Je krijgt een code om de deur te openen, dus je moet nergens naar een receptie gaan. Op het einde van de gang ook lockers beschikbaar voor je koffers in te plaatsen
- Lift aanwezig voor naar het vierde verdiep te gaan
- Je voelde de plooien van hoe de slaapbank in elkaar klapt. Goed voor enkele nachten.
- Tafeltje stond wat los, best nog eens aanschroeven

Spacious studio, well quipped, comfortable beds.
A pity you cannot park your car for free all day despite the parking lot of the building being almost empty all day. A bit bigger table in the kitchen would be nice.

Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und liegt angenehm ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm, aber trotzdem perfekt angebunden: Die U-Bahn, der Strand und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (Lidl) sind schnell zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit der M2 am Flughafen und in der City; die Reise nach Malmö (SWE) dauert bloss 40 Minuten Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küchengeräte, die Waschmaschine mit Tumbler und der Fernseher sind modern und funktionieren einwandfrei.
etwas kleiner Tisch in der Küche für vier Personen. Vermietung will dies jedoch ändern und verbessern.

The staff is excellent, very responsive and helpful.
Kitchen is fully equipped, even though we did not use it.
There is a fantastic bakery (Wulff and Konstali) on the ground floor serving delicious items, a must try for guests. The metro (Oresundusvej) is very near, and takes you into the city. The car park is free for 6 hours, plus if you do not mind a 5 min walk, there is one 24 hours free car park near the sea.
There are some very nice cafes in the neighborhood and a supermarket near the Metro. The area in general is very good, except the apartment is in an industrial building and there is construction going on.
The apartments are in, what looks like an industrial building, so is not the most welcoming.
The apartments are on the top floor, the corridors / lobby is quite frankly very run down. The carpet , paint / wallpaper was just coming off. It felt a little scary.
Be aware the lift is accessible only from the rear part of the building, we did not know this so on arrival we carried our suitcases to the top floor , phew !!!
The rooms are very very small. the bedroom did not have any storage cupboards.
