We entered the apartment using code and got a key from the safe box, which was easy and smooth, We stayed in the Apartment - Split Level. The room looks a bit different from the pictures but has all facilities as listed. The room is clean and more than enough space for two guests. The kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, pans, cups, and even dish washer. Although we did not see in provided pictures, there is a washing machine. In addition, we found two beds, one in lower floor (picture attached) and another in upper. WiFi works well. The room is quiet since it is a bit distance from the area for night life. The apartment locates close to center of Toulouse, which one can easily reach. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants around. On Sunday, there is an open air market where one can buy fresh vegetables. Overall, we like the apartment.
The bed was a bit too soft for me but this may be matter of personal taste. The water pressure of the shower was low although we got sufficient amount of hot water. There is a continuous low frequency of noise in the bedroom, which may disturb your sleep (but we could sleep well).

Nice area and good facilities
We had a late check in but the residence handled it smoothly
A bit bleak in terms of decor
