Immaculately clean and charming, Heavenly Heights is the perfect retreat for creating lifelong memories in the heart of the Smokies. When you're planning a magical mountain getaway with your loved ones, look no further than Heavenly Heights! Our charming 3 level log cabin offers stunning views of the Smoky Mountains, a perfect assortment of living and sleeping spaces, a professionally cleaned and maintained jacuzzi, and great proximity to the activities your group will love. Each level offers a full bedroom, bathroom, a large deck and space to relax, with TVs in most rooms, making it easy to spend time together and find a little quiet time alone. The main floor includes a huge open plan living space, dining area and kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals at home as a group. The main floor bedroom also includes a Queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The expansive semi-open top floor includes a King bed and two single beds, plus full bath, ceiling fans, a spacious tub and separate bathroom. The lower floor includes a game room, pool table, wet bar, washer and dryer, and Queen bedroom with full bathroom. Just a few minutes from the property, you'll have easy access to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, The Island dining & entertainment complex, Forbidden Caverns, Tanger Outlets, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, lots more cultural and outdoor activities, and tons of fantastic restaurants offering warm Southern hospitality and great food both high brow and homestyle. The entire property is yours to enjoy while you're our guest! Parking is available for 3 cars. The jacuzzi is available year round, and roads to the property are well-maintained for easy access even in winter. We won't be onsite during your visit, but have a fantastic cleaning crew and resources on standby in case of any in person needs during your stay. No special details or amenities limitations! We offer starters of several supplies, and it's easy to stock up on food, toiletries and other supplies at the nearby grocery stores. The home's spiral staircase may not be comfortable for guests with mobility needs, although the main floor is accessible without using the spiral staircase. The cabin was very nice and well stocked. The property manager, Erin was very responsive to our needs. The fireplace’s pilot needed to be relit, which was addressed immediately by the manager. One amazing amenity of the property are the windows that offer multiple views from various places in the cabin. The downfall however was that the windows really would benefit cleaning to allow a clearer view. Overall, my family really loved the cabin and enjoyed are downtime together.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The listing was spot on and exactly what we needed. We had kiddos that absolutely loved the games available. TVs available in each room and bathrooms on every level were wonderful. We loved the openess of the floor plan as well as the natural lighting from all of the windows. Great communication before and during arrival as well. Thanks for a wonderful place for us to make wonderful memories.

The cabin itself was perfect for my family. Each individual family had a bedroom and bathroom. With 3 adults and 4 children, It was very spacious with a great layout. Kitchenware was supplied to accommodate us for cooking a few meals. The place was pretty clean. A few areas like the outside decks could use a little extra TLC but overall, I was satisfied. The location was great for accessing Dollywood, The Titanic Museum, and other tourist areas. I would recommend this cabin and would likely book again if traveling to this area.

We enjoyed the cabin. We were happy to not be in the area during peak season because this cabin is located in the outer edge of all the activity but we were comfortable and it was a good place to call base for the weekend.

We took our kids and grandkids on this trip. We had plenty of room but also enough space to hang out together. Cabin was very well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful week. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, the view was great and there were plenty of trees providing privacy from cabins nearby. Beds were comfy! Beautiful cabin!

I would stay here again, 100%! Secluded, but not too far from town. The cabin's comfort level was unreal, especially the beds! One of the most cozy and comfortable places I have ever stayed.!!!

For the most part, everything was great! We have bad allergies, so older carpet is tough to handle for multiple days. The owner is fantastic. The workers and cleaners are awesome as well!! I would definitely stay here again despite the carpet because it’s well kept and the owners are so kind!!! The location is absolutely amazing!!! Just book it!

We had a great time at this property! We had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the kids had a wonderful time making memories with the grandparents! Great beds, spacious house and best of all—ceiling fans!!! You never seem to get those in a vaca house! Super close to all of the attractions without all the fuss of town. We also had tons of fireflies in the yard each night for the kids to chase! We will be back!

This was our first time visiting the Smokey Mountains and we loved it. This cabin was the perfect rental especially since it fit 3 adults and 3 children with ease. Everything was clean and in working order. It was a short drive to all the attractions that we did throughout our stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Thanksgiving break get away was such an amazing time in this beautiful cabin. This was the first time my family has visited the area. The cabin is in a nice neighborhood that overlooks the town. It is a short drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. My boys loved playing pool and enjoying the hot tub each evening. We had 6 adults and 3 kids in our party and the cabin had plenty of room. Each floor has a bedroom and bathroom with privacy for each couple. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to visit the area.

The cabin was very spacious and very clean. Everything worked as it should and kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. The host was very informative and helpful. Check-in and out was a complete breeze. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were great. The cabin was big enough that we could spread out among the 3 floors. Between the pool table and the hot tub, there were plenty of things to do. The only thing we could not figure out was how to turn off the porch lights. Thanks again!
