About this house rental
This is a well-appointed single level home with everything your vacation needs. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a large HDTV. The second room has a King size bed, large closet and beautiful HDTV. The third bedroom features two Bunk beds, plenty of board games and a large HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a bath between them. The living room is spacious with fireplace, plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a gaming system with over a hundred games and a 65in HDTV. All TV's have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney + streaming free for our quests to enjoy. The dining room seats 6 around a large wooden farmhouse table (we have extra chairs in mudroom). The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a large meal to just microwaving leftovers, and a huge coffee and tea station to get your morning started. The main hang out spot is the game room. We spared no expense to make this a room to build family memories. Pool Table, foosball table, Competition Dart board, stand up video game, 65in HDTV theater seating, and much more make this the FUN ZONE. The home is equipped with blazing fast Wi-Fi for gamers and workaholics. The front porch offers rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy the night skies and the back deck features a four person Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you can relax sipping your favorite adult beverage while watching the nightly Dollywood fireworks show (yes, we are that close to Dollywood, but you would never know it). We follow advanced cleaning techniques and CDC guidelines for the home and The Hot Tub is emptied cleaned and refilled between each guest. The Home is on an acre of private land for you to enjoy. So, kick back and relax we got you covered.

The house and location were perfect for our weekend away!! The hot tub was great after a full day at Dollywood! The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond! Kiddos LOVED the game room. If we come back we will definitely try to use this property.

Home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Pigeon Forge. Close to all attractions but, yet very private and comfortable. Great home decorated very well and very comfortable for family. Will remember to keep this as one of our favorites and hope to return again soon! Very neat and clean.

This house was perfectly located; less than three miles to Dollywood and two miles to Wild Bear tubing. The grandkids were beyond thrilled with the game room. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. We would definitely rent this house again on a trip to Dollywood.

This is the perfect place to stay in Sevierville! The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The game room is fantastic our grandchildren had so much fun in there. There is a hot tub on the back porch and you can watch the fireworks from Dollywood there. It’s located close to everything but out in a quiet neighborhood so it’s very relaxing in the mornings and evenings after being out all day. Love the front porch with all the rockers and swing. The hosts are great if you have any problem, they will fix it as soon as possible. I spoke with Patrick on the phone and had the pleasure to meet Dawn while we were there. They are the perfect hosts that want to make sure your trip is fantastic! We would definitely come back again. Thanks for making our trip fun !

The home was just as pictured, kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals, plenty of bath towels and shower shampoos, soaps and lotions plus fizzies for the jet tub. Game room was a huge sucess for the gamers in the family. The view of Dollywood fireworks was a nice end to a perfect day in Pigeon Forge.

This was the perfect family getaway for our family. The location was ideal for Dollywood & surrounding attractions. The home was very clean & roomy for everyone. We all enjoyed the game room in the mornings & evenings before & after our daily adventures. Our host was in contact with us throughout our stay if we needed anything which was very thoughtful. I would certainly stay here again & hope to real soon!!

What a perfect place for our two families to stay. The game room was fun for the kids, and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone! Furniture was comfortable, space was cozy, and the towels and toiletries were included! Easy packing. Plus the location was literally 5 mintutes away from Dollywood and less than 10 from Pigeon Forge. You just couldn't ask for a better getaway.

When we arrived the cleaning lady was running behind, we were told we could go ahead and go in, but we didn’t wanna be in her way. We understand things happen, so we didn’t let that effect our trip! The house was really clean & welcoming. The kids absolutely loved playing in the game room and being in the hot tub. We parents also enjoyed the comfort of the home and how local it was to downtown.
We would stay again.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Cottage! It was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet-even though we were close to everything we wanted to do. Self-service check in and out was really easy, and the hosts were quick to respond to us whenever we had any questions. The whole home is tastefully decorated and the family room is nice and cozy. The fire in the fireplace with the touch of a button was really nice because the spring weather was still a bit chilly when we stayed. We also enjoyed the fun game room. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very easy to get to! It was a great location for exploring pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! The house was very cozy for our group of 5! The check in/check out was very easy!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying again! The owners were also very easy to communicate with and was very helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described and very clean. Communication with the owners was wonderful, they even left a cake for my grandmothers birthday. We will definitely be staying again!

Just came up for the weekend but would work great for longer stays. House was conveniently located, easy access to everywhere you’d want to go. 1 level home makes it easy without stairs to climb for those that may have difficulty with them. The game room is great for all ages.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. The game room is perfect, so many games! Hot tub was amazing, loved that there were baby items available you don’t get that in a lot of places! The location was perfect only about a 10 minute drive anywhere we went. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again, cannot recommend this house enough!

If you and your family and friends are looking for a getaway to experience Dollywood, then Sunshine Cottage is the place to stay!!!! Within minutes of Pidgeon Forge yet you feel like you're living in the country. This home is very comfortable and has all you need. Very welcoming as soon as you step inside the front door.

This was a beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Snacks, water, tea and coffee were all provided. My friends and I enjoyed this home so much. We certainly would stay there again if returning to the area.

Our stay at this property was amazing! We all had such a great time. The property is close to everything which made it very convenient. Our kids had a blast playing in the game room and chilling in the hot tub! This home had so many amenities that were so helpful. They had a stroller, pack and play, high chair, etc. which made things so helpful! Not having to pack and bring those things makes things so much easier and less stressful. The owners were super nice and checked in on us several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going good. Communication with them was also very easy and fast. I messaged them a couple times and they responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. We hope to be able to stay here again in the near future!

Great stay! My daughter, grandchildren, and I stayed for a few days at this property. The communication with the owner was exceptional. It was so close to Dollywood and very close to the strip in pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room. I can’t wait to stay here again in the fall and around Christmas. Great value and wonderful property.

Perfect Home for extended Family
This was the perfect home for our extended family Dollywood visit. We had 2 grand parents and my daughters family with 6 kids ages 13 to 4 months. The room with the 2 bunk beds was great for our family that allowed all the kids to have their own beds. The kids really loved the game room. The house was super clean and is fully equipped including a coffee bar and even toothbrush and shaving kits. It is located right next to Dollywood which is very nice.
The communication was super and they responded immediatly to all our questions.
We hope to stay again next year.

Everything was just as explained when I reserved the house. During the summer Dolly Woods fireworks start at 9:40 will pause and start back at 9:50. You can see beautifully from back deck. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were both amazing finishes to the day. Close to every thing and east to find. We all lived the game room!! It is absolutely amazing and we will be returning. They also left a birthday cake for our son and daughter who had birthdays while we were there. Very sweet.
