This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! The Ko'Olina Beach Villas was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms are smaller than expected, but that did not deter from a wonderful vacation. We were so glad to be away from the city of Honolulu.The staff and the location were wonderful. I highly recommend and would go back again.

Great spot for a family holiday. It has everything a family would need for Hawaiian vacation.
The outdoor lanai can get noisy from the kids playing in the pool.
The lanai is a great spot for a morning coffee and is sunny all day.

After a very trying year, we took the leap and made the trip to Ko Olina with our kids for spring break. Although traveling right now is no doubt stressful, the Villa was a terrific escape from the normal routine! It is a high end 3 bedroom unit with all the comforts of home, but it opens out to a beautiful patio overlooking the pool area with the Pacific Ocean in the background. We loved it and give it the highest recommendation!

Chris was a phenomenal host and the property was above our expectations. I am often apprehensive when I see what might be too good to be true, but it was even better. It was stocked with everything and then some. The photos do not do it justice, it is better than illustrated. The simple touches such as full-size personal items, first aid supplies, and the little necessities you may need in a pinch but forgot. The kitchen which we used each and every day had each item we needed. The appliances were top line. Honestly, we felt we had walked into someone else's home away from home and had just taken over where they left off. The throw blanket, games, extra towels, and even scotch tape came in handy. Thank you for opening up your home and allowing us to enjoy it while in Hawaii. We hope to stay with you again!!

Did not think the condo was overly clean on arrival , bedding was outdated and insufficient could use fresh white duvets on all beds
Whole unit needs to be updated it’s quite dated .
However location to amenities both pool and beach are perfect and the unit was big enough for our family of 8 and an infant but overall we would not come back to this property .

Great location overlooking pool. All upscale appliances and furnishings. Very private three bedroom and three bathroom condo. Excellent Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Three major resorts and there amenities close. World class golf across the street. Direct access to the ocean lagoon and beach. We had a wonderful family reunion sharing kitchen cooking, BBQ nights and restaurant dining.

If there was a 6 star rating, this VRBO listing would definitely receive it from our family! Our hosts really have done a beautiful job decorating and furnishing this 3 BR, 3 Bath luxury villa, and have provided all the little things that make a difference welcoming to their home in paradise!
Ko Olina in itself is an absolute wonderful destination, and the Villas offer a sophisticated much desired non-hotel atmosphere with resort class amenities while neighboring walk to resorts provide all the restaurants, shops and attractions making this a well rounded destination.
Our Villa was incredibly clean as well, not a flaw to be found!

Inside and out the property was lovely and was decorated tastefully. We were staying with our son's family and was perfect for our party of 6. My only problem was the bed in the master was so tall I needed a stool to get in, but a younger person wouldn't have this problem. Thank you so much for opening your condo up to us.

I really have nothing but nice things to say about our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised and was meticulously maintained. We traveled with my 80 year old mother along with my adult sons and one girlfriend. The condo has a very conducive layout for this group with three comfortable bedrooms with essentially private baths. The living area is of good size and the furnishings were new, vey nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for comfortable meals to avoid the expense of eating out for every meal. It is right on the beach with beautiful lagoons for swimming/snorkeling. The beaches and entire surrounding properties are immaculately maintained. We were somewhat concerned about the proximity to the pool on the second floor. However, this was actually a nice situation. The views are very nice and the pool closes reliably by 9PM so noise was never an issue. Indeed, my mother enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the kids play. I highly recommend this property without reservation.

My family (5 adults and 1 toddler) and I stayed here for the entirety of our first trip to Oahu. It had the perfect blend of resort benefits (gym, pool, manicured beach and pool care) and home away from home. The full kitchen, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron was super convenient on a 8 day trip and had all the extra amenities that one wouldn’t pack like beach chairs and toys for little ones. I felt very secure in that the room key only gave you access to the garage and the elevator to YOUR floor. Very spacious and clean with updated amenities. We would definitely choose to stay here again!!!

My husband and I and are friends stayed here and we were impressed about how nice it was. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were a nice size. We loved the Lanai which we used everyday. We loved the view of the pool and listening to the music they had on every night. The ocean was so close which was nice especially having kids. The only thing I wish it had was a beach wagon so we didn't have to carry all the stuff to the beach it was a lot but besides that it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Our condo was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in while on vacation! The area has walkable restaurants and is 3 miles from costco, target etc. Our condo is literally just down the stairs to both the beach and the pool area. The beach is in a protective cove so you can let the kids swim without worrying about the tide.
The owner was very responsive and even left an extra cooler for us.

Our family had three generations gathering at the Ko Olina Beach Tower unit and our stay could not have been more perfect. Easy communication. Spotless and fully equipped unit. We cooked all our meals at the location, had plenty of space, everything we needed, and a beautiful non-resort yet family friendly peaceful location that felt luxurious still the same. Would return in a blink. Thank you.

Our party of seven, four adults and three kids, had a very enjoyable and relaxing seven night vacation in this unit.
The owner is absolutely fantastic to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable as possible. Throughout the booking process and throughout our stay her communication was top notch and any questions we had during our stay she quickly responded to.
Our group found the unit to be more than spacious enough, the living area was perfect for family meals we prepared on site with the well equipped kitchen (not to mention the BBQ on site as well) and we enjoyed a number of the restaurants in the area, including those in the nearby hotels which are all easily within walking distance or offer free valet parking. Costco and a number of grocery stores are also a short drive away.
The lanai offered a great place to sit and relax and to enjoy the view of the ocean and in our case with three young children both parents and grandparents alike enjoyed being able to overlook the pool to check in on the happenings below. Access to both the pool and ocean are right across the hall and down a few flights of stairs which was really great access for us. We never felt that being too close to the pool spoiled the ambiance of the unit, its a pretty relaxed atmosphere compared to large hotel complex. Not to mention there were a ton of things like chairs and snorkel gear on site to help make the trip to the ocean more enjoyable.
Unlike other large resorts we have stayed at the pool was never that busy, you generally could get a chair(s) to use without much wait and the on site bar was great for the adults.
The lagoon in front of the complex was never that busy, especially compared to the ones in front of the other hotels. Our kids really enjoyed exploring and playing in the ocean in front of the condo. We spent hours swimming around looking at all of the different types of fish that transited through the area. There are a number of other beaches in easy walking distance as well as a short drive.
This unit was well kept, in a very well maintained community with a great owner. If we are so fortunate to travel to Hawaii again this will be the first place we look to see if it is available.

The property was gorgeous and the pool area a family favorite. All beds were super comfortable. I made the mistake of not requesting the twins be made into a king before we got there but Chris was super helpful and a sweet lady came the next morning to convert it. Every appliance you need is available and the doors that open to the lanai were amazing! Short walks to lagoons for incredible sunsets and several restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable. The grounds were breathtaking.
Only negatives…stove slow to heat and dryer struggled to dry. Could have also been operator error.
Will definitely return!!

this was the perfect villa for my family of 6! had a view of the pool and the property was beautifully decorated. only about a 5 minute walk from the Ko Olina lagoon, beach towels and equipment provided. my only complaint is that the dryer destroyed 2-3 of my dresses despite putting it on the delicate setting… but otherwise would 100% book here again!

Very nice property with great swimming areas for kids; 2 hot tubs and a very nice beach in the lagoon ashes.
The villa itself was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including beach chairs, toys, swim goggles and snorkels. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 kids under 10 and there was plenty of room to be together yet enough to be separate if we wanted.
I would definitely consider staying there again.
Communication with the owner was easy and with quick replies.

We had a great stay in Ko Olina over the holidays! This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), and it was well appointed with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the pool/beach toys and more. Chris was super responsive and addressed our questions and concerns promptly. Location is away from hustle and bustle of Honolulu, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay on Oahu!

We had the best week at the Beach Villas. The property is exactly as described, it was spacious and clean for our party of 6 + 2 little ones. It was our first time visiting Oahu and after a few afternoons of visiting Waikiki and the North Shore, we knew we had our own little slice of paradise at Ko Olina. The lagoons are great for swimming and even snorkeling. It was easy to enjoy the restaurants of the nearby resorts while having all the amenities of an apartment, and we enjoyed the calm environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We hope to be back sometime soon!

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for 6 weeks during February and March. This is an amazing condo! It is fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, pool towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo and really most of the items you are used to buying when checking into a rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. I was able to cook dinners for my family of 6 with no problems. Chris has done a great job making this an easy condo to visit!
The location can’t be beat. It’s in the beach building which is the closest to the ocean and the front door is directly across from the stair well. The stairs lead you directly to the lagoon pool and beach access. So easy, especially with kids!
If you’ve haven’t been to the beach villas before you are really in for a treat! It’s located on a quiet lagoon and on a calm day you can snorkel with so many fish!!! We went on a snorkel boat tour and it wasn’t as good as what we saw in our own lagoon. There’s a path that runs maybe a mile and half and it connects to a few other resorts. It’s a great place for a morning or evening walk.
Chris and Greg were great hosts! Easy to talk to and just a phone call away if we needed something. Thanks for a wonderful winter in Hawaii!

We have stayed in the Ko Olina Beach Villas 3 times now. We love the location. The pools are great, and the beach is lovely. We enjoy the lagoons as the ocean is calm. We love the walking trail that goes along the beach and walked it every morning and evening. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It's a second floor until with a great view of the pool. It had everything we needed. It's nice having ensuites for all the bedrooms. Chris was a pleasure to deal with.
