Bedroom 2 (upper / main level): Queen bed, with new smart HDTV Bedroom 3 (middle level): King bed with new smart HDTV Bedroom 4 (middle level): 2 twin over twin bunks, with new smart HDTV Bedroom 5 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV Bedroom 6 (bottom level): twin over twin bunks Bedroom 7 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV Additional sleeping room not classified as an official bedroom because of the size but there are two twin beds with new smart HDTV. HOSPITALITY: Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities: * Clean, inspected, warm, accessible and staged home awaits * Early Check-in / Late Checkout may be available for extra fee * 24/7 support available * Direct entry * Mid-stay cleaning available * All sheets, and extra towels, and bedding provided * Soaps, lotion, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and more provided * Hot iron pressed sheets * 3-sheet technique for clean bedding, every stay * Iron and ironing board * Washer and dryer (detergent is provided) * Bear box for trash management * Daily snow removal as needed during the winter IMPORTANT TO NOTE: * No more than 16 guests plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and younger are allowed in the home, at any time. * Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period. * 4 cars allowed - please reach out to us if you have more than 4 vehicles and need help with parking. * Please put trash in bear boxes * Pets are not allowed * Surveillance: driveway, and door have surveillance systems. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately). GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE: We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk! * Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public. * Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. * Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected * Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. * Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. * Staff Policy: Staff are instructed not to work if exhibiting symptoms. * Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
