This home is so much more perfect than the listing could ever portray! We are already planning our next stay here. Absolutely wonderful experience for two small families with young children. Some huge highlights for our group: LOCATION. Safe neighborhood, and you can walk out the front door to an awesome playground. We biked through neighborhoods to the Friendship Trail to Crystal Beach and to ice cream! The convenience store is mere steps down the road. SIZE. Once we put the kids to sleep we watched TV in the living room space without fear of waking them up with noise. Mealtimes were seamless with a large easily navigable kitchen including an island with chairs in addition to dining table. PROPERTY. We enjoyed dinners at the large outdoor table on the back porch. The beautifully landscaped backyard provided a comfortable and safe outdoor space for our kids to run around, play in the grass, relax on the swing, or watch for wildlife. We loved watching the active frog pond and also spotted a deer, several rabbits, and a skunk! THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES. Keyless entry. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels/soap/sponge, coffee, tea, a few snacks, water bottles, trash bags, shower toiletries, high quality hand soap, phone/watch chargers, spices & some pantry condiments, every kitchen utensil, throw blankets, games, toys, books, sports equipment, a wagon… the list goes on and on. Many thanks to Terry for welcoming us to this beautiful home. We cannot wait to come back!

The property is beautiful - pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is efficient and the backyard is stunning! It was a little dusty upon arrival. The host himself is a pleasure to deal with and communicative. KEEP IN MIND - neighbours can be unreasonable when it comes to acceptable noise levels throughout the day.

This is a very nice home with a beautiful back yard. Plenty of room for everyone and in a great location with a nice playground right across the street for the kiddos. Will definitely rebook if we are in the area.
