Water slide at the pool was great for my grandson. Easily accessible to downtown large area for rubber taxis to come out outstanding brunch.

This hotel is in such a great location for young kids. There is a newly built kids climbing wall and playground very close and a full kids playground just a 5 minute walk away.
The hotel staff were also extra wonderful to my kids, giving them stickers, a colouring book and crayons and talked about my kid’s experience of visiting the zoo with them.

Central location and comfortable but needs a little upgrading.

The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
The kids especially loved the hotel’s water slide and had a great time enjoying the pool facilities. We also found the location very convenient, with many useful amenities and facilities nearby. The surrounding area was clean, comfortable, and felt safe.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. If we visit Kelowna again, we would definitely stay here again!
