10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
We moved from another hotel to this hotel during the heatwave. Zandra took her time to show us the room before we made a definite decision to stay. She explained everything to us. Herself and every other staff member we met were extremely helpful and welcoming.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent.
It was great to have access to the swimming pool.
Also this hotel is right in the centre of everything.
Excellent overall. Highly recommend.
8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
The room was ideal, clean with all the basics you could need.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was very central with all the visitor attractions and things to do in walking distance.
The only issue was the poor air conditioning, which was much needed due to the unseasonable extreme heat.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would visit again should we return to Cologne.
