Great location and host was nice and responsive. Air conditioner work very well and considering location - not too noisy

I don’t leave reviews but this was an unusual experience. For starters, it is an excellent location and the price was decent for 1 night. However, we couldn’t check in until close to 4:30pm because the cleaning crew was still working on the apartment. I was in communication with the owner and they offered a check out at 11am as an apology for the late check in. However, the reservation already said the check out was at 11am and they said that Hotels.com is not providing accurate information to the guests about the check out time. But the worst part was that the following morning, two men came inside the apartment using a key code before our check out time and they were not part of the cleaning crew. We were changing our clothes!! This was completely unacceptable and felt very scared to stay any longer. I can understand the late check in due to cleaning the property or the misunderstanding with the times of check in or check out. But to have two complete strangers enter the apartment where we were staying, is not something I can accept. I can’t recommend this place just for safety reasons. If that is corrected, then it is a lovely spot in Old Town for any traveler.

Good location and service

We had been traveling when we received the check in instructions. We could not download them and when we asked the host for assistance they kept referring us to the instructions. Yes, the instructions were fantastic if they loaded, but if not the host should be kind enough to give them instead of messaging to refer to the said instructions. Least helpful host in many years of travel.

Great location. As advertised. Air conditioning worked great.

Overall, a very nice experience at this place. The location is very convenient and close to everything. There is a washer which was great. There are no elevators. There is a restaurant downstairs and you could hear the people if you leave the windows open, they close around 10:30 at night and after that it’s pretty nice and quiet. Communication could be better with the host. Some of the questions were not responded, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would go back to this place.
