Friendly property manager - Micheal
Needed maintenance and a good clean - benches felt sticky - jug unusable full of limescale that flaked off - had to use pot to boil water
Tap broken apparently awaiting new one …. Patio full of weeds.. it felt “unloved” … bedroom very small with bed against wall
In description of apartment no toiletries or tea coffee mentioned and this was the case so had to go and buy all these things which is a pain when travelling from overseas however I do realise I should have noted this in discription of apartment and not have chosen it

"Perfect location in the port of Muggia, with a wonderful view of the boats. The apartment is nice, clean and spacious. We were very satisfied. Plus, it's dog friendly!!!"
