Hidden jacuzzi fee

The location was good

Apparently there was an additional fee for using the jacuzzi. However, this was not mentioned in the listing description. When discussing this with the host through chat messages back and forth, all of a sudden I got notified through the booking.com system that my reservation details had changed. When I looked up what changed, it was an explicit mention of the jacuzzi fee. They pretended like it was there all along. Very unfair.

10 / 10

It was an amazing and relaxing stay.

The location is very close to the city centre and it was very easy to just walk to all places ourselves! It has a LOT of nice restaurants, thrift stores, souvenir shops, etcs withing walking distance that we also loved exploring.

It was hard to find the location as the door itself didnt say 178. The inside door was difficult to open as well as the bathroom door.

Very disappointed

The apt inside was clean and had everything

The apt had rats running through the ceilings and walls and kept us awake all night . Terrace was filthy and jacuzzi left open with dirty water in it which was a hazard for a small child to drown in .
