Lovely apartment/room. Staff was friendly, polite and professional. We did not require much and communication was simple. The location of this place is close to Bari center and roughly 10-12 minutes walking to the metro center. 12-25 mins walking from Murat/Bari Vecchia and lungomare beach side. Extremely clean with amenities and ice cold air conditioning ! WE LOVE IT
If you enjoy walking and exploring around this location is very convenient to go see Murat and old Bari and also 10 mins away from most of tour buss meeting point. Lovely place, nice shower/bathroom !

So easy and accommodating. The owner was always available and gave great directions to how to navigate the process. Stefano in the building was awesome - helped us a lot! Very good location to get to the station, the beach and the wonderful historical Bari. We extended our stay and they made it easy!

The room and the bathroom are large and very clean. The (silent) mini fridge is a plus and was filled in with bottles of water and good quality juices every day.
Little snacks are also provided as well as a coffee machine with coffee and a boiler for hot water.
The housekeeeper Stefano was really nice and very helpful to us and is doing an amazing job in keeping the property clean and tidy.
The road is a bit noisy but we do not hear anything when the windows are closed.
A great location to be, A few minutes away from the train station and also very close to the old city.
We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back if we go back to Bari.
