Jediné, co bylo skvělé je lokalita - hned vedle hlavního nádraží, což je super pro cestování do okolí Bari. Do historického centra trošku dál, ale nevadilo, chodíme rádi. Sympatický byl balkon, i když do vnitrobloku, ale přesto hezké večerní posezení. Dojem trošku kazil štěkající pes paní sousedky, ale za to majitel nemůže.
Naprosto příšerná postel, na které se nedalo kvalitně spát - člověk si připadal jak na vodě, bylo reklamováno u hostitele, prý sjedná nápravu po našem odjezdu, při pročítání recenzí jsem zjistila, že ten problém trvá minimálně od dubna 26 :-( Nepříjemné překvapení ve vybavenosti kuchyně - čekala bych alespoň funkční nůž a nějaké vybavení, byla tam však jen pánev cca na 2 vejce a pak kastrol na vaření těstovin a pár vidliček a lžiček, jedna sklenice na víno a dvě na vodu. Byli jsme také překvapeni, když jsme požádali o další toaletní papír, sdělením majitele, že dvě roličky na týden nám musí stačit, podotýkám, že jsme tam byli 6 nocí, tedy 7 dnů, většinou na výletech, a kvalita papíru byla ta nejhorší- tenčí papír jsem neviděla. Zatím jsem se s tímto přístupem nikde nesetkala. Za celou dobu ani jednou úklid, výměna ručníků, odpadky jsme odnášeli pravidelně sami. Jezdíme do Itálie pravidelně, procestovali mnoho ubytování, ale toto bylo co se přístupu týče to nejhorší.

Excellent location for train stations and early departure. There is Lidl nearby to pick up breakfast things. We were able to self check in and arrive at 1.30am, which was a real benefit. Apartment was clean and spacious and looked just like the photos. Ideal for a transit stay.
Entry instructions seemed a little over complicated and our late arrival concerned me in case there were any issues.
The mattress definitely needs replaced unless you both like sleeping in the middle of the bed. Couldn't find a kettle?

Near train station.
Supermarket 100m down the road.
although near the train station, VERY far from historical centre of anywhere worth seeing.
The kitchen was grubby.
The unit smelt strongly of cheap room freshener which is always a concern of mine, the next morning i woke to the smell of the smelly drains in the bathroom which the freshener was trying to mask,
Bit tricky to find the unit based on the directions.
Didn’t appreciate the sign in kitchen saying “Leave kitchen CLEANER” than you found it” as if im suppose to do your cleaners job?!? this isn’t Airbnb.
Especially because the kitchen was grubby.
Your guests are not your maids.
A couple down the hallway were yelling/fighting at midnight for over an hour, this is not the hosts fault but do know if staying here that noisy neighbours may be an issue.

Non è un B&B e anche chiamarlo appartamento è molto: consta di una stanza, un breve corridoio di entrata, un angolo cottura, un bagno. Ci siamo stati 5 giorni. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, vicino alla stazione (ma bisogna fare attenzione di notte come vicino a molte stazioni), a circa 15-20 minuti da Bari vecchia e a 5-10 minuti dal quartiere Murattiano dei negozi. Luminoso, ma non ci sono tende e spesso abbiamo tenuto la tapparella della camera abbassata perche non ci vedessero dagli appartamenti vicini. Ben funzionante il condizionamento, Wifi e il televisore.
Le immagini non corrispondono del tutto alla realtà: non vi sono le lampade sui comodini, e non c'è in bagno né il dispenser per il sapone né il bicchiere porta spazzolini. La pulizia è veramente scadente come già indicato in altre recensioni: davanti all'angolo cottura il pavimento era sporco e appiccicoso, c'era ancora la cenere dei precedenti clienti sul posacenere in terrazzino (noi non fumiamo), la porta d'ingresso sporca dei segni delle scarpe di precedenti ospiti, in un cassetto era presente una sostanza appiccicosa (forse una caramella sciolta) come si vede dalle foto allegate. Il materasso come già segnalato da altre recensioni almeno da aprile, ha un buco al centro e ci scivoli dentro mentre dormi. Non c'è una macchinetta per il caffè e il gestore ti mette a disposizione delle cialde inutili. Il caffè solubile è (lasciato verosimilmente da altri avventori) in contenitori grandi e poco igienici, piuttosto che in monoporzioni. Il tavolino della camera (non c'è nessuna zona soggiorno come indicato) era instabile con i piedini rattoppati con nastro americano (vedi foto). Inoltre un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per 200€ a notte si può trovare di molto meglio. Non ci torneremo di sicuro.
