The apartment‑style room was a lovely surprise — modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities throughout. We enjoyed being close to great restaurants, yet having the option to prepare a leisurely breakfast in our own space. The hotel provided a secure lock‑up room for our E‑bikes, which was greatly appreciated. A small note for future guests: this is a walk‑up property with multiple levels of stairs, and parking needs to be arranged directly with the hotel for a modest extra charge.

Poor quality carpet in corridor for standard of room

Compared to furnture in the room, the furnishing of the common parts at the top of the access stairs not to same standard
If you offer a fully functioning kitchen, surprising there was at least no coffee, espresso maker , milk etc.
I make these above comments being a UK architect and having stayed at around 6 hotels in our recent trip to Quebec. Terminus was the most expensive hotel by some way in this trip and I think the points I mention let down what might have been a very good experience that we had been looking forward to. The items mentioned are not major, but it illustrates how a comprehensive approach seemed to be missing from your interesting hotel.

The TV. Why wouldn’t you have access to local programming is not understandable to me.

The room was clean
There are no elevators and you are at the mercy of the staff to bring your stuff to your room. We had to wait over and hour and a half on multiple occasions to receive our items. The center to see the tourist attractions are 20 min walk away all up hill. Around the hotel it’s a Main Street no restaurants and a good amount of homeless people. The parking is very low ceiling if you for you won’t be able to open your trunk properly.
