Walk to breweries, theaters, wineries, antique shops and sports arenas, or grab coffee and cocktails at our neighbor, Parlor Public House. This fully renovated historic condo offers private-entry, off-street free parking, a spacious side yard, and pet-friendly accommodations. Quick and easy highway access makes traveling in and out a breeze.
Your home away from home is located in a fully renovated historic building with 3 separate condos. Each unit has its own entry. It was thoughtfully designed to keep the historic elements while adding modern amenities and style.
The newly renovated bathroom is clean and fresh. The kitchen is spacious with a coffee bar and full dining table. It’s fully stocked with kitchen essentials. And everyone who has slept in the bed says it is heavenly! We have a closet, full length mirror, extra seating and a TV in the bedroom. The windows offer great natural light but the curtains darken the room when needed.
The entire condo is yours to use.

There is plenty of parking space in our lot for all guests, no assigned spaces. The side yard is available for your pets, but please remember to clean up after them. :)

The property was recently renovated and modern. Very Clean and organized.I do wish there was more room in the bathroom to set down makeup essentials, etc. The bed was comfortable. The road noise did bother us a little but did fall asleep quickly. Communication prior to arrival was a little delayed but Kimberly did respond in a timely fashion upon on our arrival. Thank You for the dining and coffee recommendations!! We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is extremely clean, well stocked, and convenient to downtown. The host was great and very quick to respond. Self check-in was a breeze. We loved the on site parking and green space. I would definitely book again!

This location is as described. It was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Three things stood out to me that other travelers may want to know. The street noise from traffic was substantial during our 2-night stay. This may not be a problem for everyone, but since we live in a small, quiet town, the noise was hard for us. There are neighbors above you. On our second night (a Wednesday), they were quite loud between 11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Neither of these issues is the fault of the owner. The third issue could be somewhat mitigated. The shower curtain has magnets on the bottom, but nothing to stick to except each other. This made adjusting the curtain difficult, which caused water to get everywhere. The sink area in the bathroom has no counter space to sit a curling iron, brush, etc. I almost dropped my curling iron on my bare foot. My only other option would have been to sit or stand in front of the full length mirror. A table or vanity in this area would be great.

Very convenient to Gainbridge Field House. Easy 1 mile walk. Lots to do around there but didn't have time. All you need is there.
