About this apartment rental
Best view in Tremblant ! Only 3 minutes from the south side with its picturesque village, shops and restaurants and, great skiing and activities year round. Right on Lake Tremblant (no access). Close to Beach and Tennis Club. Great biking trails. This unit features high-end renovations including heated tile floors throughout, brand new gas-powered fireplace, large patio, new appliances, outdoor entrance. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. AC. Free parking
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all guests are required to complete the Boarding Pass through Enso Connect before arrival. Once completed, your check-in instructions will be made available 24 hours prior to your check-in date.
Before arrival, you will also need to choose one of the following security options:
• 600 CAD refundable security deposit — fully refundable after checkout, subject to the property’s inspection for any damages or missing items.
• 35 CAD non-refundable damage waiver — an alternative to the refundable security deposit.
Please make sure to complete these requirements before your arrival so you can access your check-in instructions without delay.

2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. For a beach access, you can go to the Beach and Tennis Club that is 5 minutes away (around 20$/person)
You can rent a boat on the Lac Tremblant at Centre Pierre Plouffe

We had a great time staying at this property. Very clean and warm condo, approximately 5 minutes drive from the ski resort. Super easy check-in and check-out process and extremely easy to communicate with members of the customer service team. I highly recommend Sophie’s place!

This property was fantastic and exactly as advertised. Breakfast on the patio while looking at Mount Tremblant in full Fall color will neverr be forgotten. The host was wonderful amd communicated very well!
