We keep things pretty simple here: enjoy yourself, respect the property, and be a good neighbor. A little consideration goes a long way!
Check-in & checkout: Check-in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Need a little flexibility? Just ask—we’ll accommodate when we can.
Be a good neighbor: Have fun, but keep music and voices at a considerate level, especially outside late at night.
Guests & gatherings: Please stay within your property’s listed overnight guest limit. Planning a party or larger gathering? Check with us first.
Smoking & vaping: Please keep both outdoors, close doors and windows, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Bringing a furry friend? Make sure your reservation includes approval for pets. Please pick up after them, keep them under control outside, and avoid leaving them unattended if they may bark or cause damage.
Treat the home with care: Please leave furniture where you found it and keep indoor furnishings inside. Accidents happen—just let us know promptly if something breaks or needs attention.
Grills & fire pits: Where provided, please use them responsibly, keep grills at least 10 ft from the house, keep fires attended, and fully extinguish everything when finished.
Parking: Use the parking areas designated for your property, keeping neighboring spaces and driveways clear.
Before you head home: Wash used dishes, place trash in the designated bins, check for belongings, and lock up. No deep cleaning needed—just leave the home reasonably tidy.

The house was beautiful and just what we needed. Location is perfect for a fun weekend, right in the middle of the strip. Directly on the water so your view is gorgeous!! The weekend we stayed had a special event so the price was high, but on normal weekends is priced in line with similar properties. Property was clean and stocked with lots of towels and linens.

Great house by the lake, incredible views, clean, comfortable house. Only issue with initial check-in was an empty propane tank on the grill, which the host promptly reimbursed us for. Bedrooms are small, but comfortable. Small back deck has an amazing view of the lake, as does the fire ring.The back yard is a steep incline down to the lake with some stairs, but they don't go all the way down to the lake. There really isn't an easy way to get down to the water, although the modestly agile can navigate the erosion control barriers to reach a river rock waterfront. For those who want a more "beach" experience, Breakwater Beach is a short drive away.The house is only a few steps from the main "strip" in GOTL, where there are lots of food and entertainment options. We were there on the July 4 weekend, so it was quite crowded, plus we got to listen to some of the outdoor venue's music until around midnight. The weeknights were much quieter!Overall, great experience!

The view was stunning and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked with towels.The couches are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, covered in stains and smelled like animals. The windows were filthy, the floors were very dirty and made the bottoms of our feet black and the surfaces were dusty. The downstairs bathroom smelled. The whole house needs a deep clean.
