About this house rental
Newly constructed Clifftop home with captivating views on Northern Lake George! This custom built, modern 4 bedroom, two bath home, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with exquisite craftsmanship and architecture, is the perfect blend of glass, stone and wood. Our shared waterfront can be reached via a 150' path where you can swim off the deep water dock or relax on our large sundeck. A boat slip (max 24' boat) is available as well for our guests to use.
There are 3 queen bedrooms (2 with a full bathroom), each with their own private deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The lower level has a sectional sofa, 2 bunk beds, dining table and big screen tv. The family room and 2 of the bedrooms also have smart tv's. We have 4 kayaks at the common dock and sundeck on the lake for guests to use, which can be accessed via a 150' path from our home. We also have a beautiful private outdoor hot tub that is covered and a fire pit area for stargazing or listening to sounds of the lake at night.
2 vehicles can be parked at the home. A 3rd vehicle may be accommodated if needed. There is a parking area for a boat trailer up the road on association property.
Four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the snowy months, which is a beautiful time of year to visit. Two pairs of snowshoes are included with the home to take advantage of the 60+ acres of Association land and abundant hiking trails walking distance from our home.

This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, but what really set it apart was how thoughtfully it was stocked. We truly only needed to bring our food and drinks—everything else was there. From toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of bath towels to spices and all the kitchen essentials, Casey thought of everything.We were a family of eight spanning multiple generations, and the layout was perfect. What made it especially meaningful was that my elderly parents could comfortably enjoy the vacation with their grandkids. It’s so hard to find homes that work for them, but this one had zero-stair entry and a main floor with the primary bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, so they didn’t need any assistance. There were also so many cozy nooks where everyone could relax, and the house never felt crowded.Most importantly, this was the most relaxing vacation I’ve had since before my son was born 10 years ago. I even found time to sit and read a book! Thank you, Casey, for creating such an incredible home. Your attention to every detail made our stay effortless, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful house! We stayed during a snowy weekend for a small birthday gathering, which was serene and peaceful. The views of the lake were particularly stunning, and it was a great setting to relax in nature. The host was communicative and attentive, taking care of an issue with a frozen water line promptly so we were still able to enjoy our stay. It’s important to note that the third (lower level) queen bedroom downstairs is separated from the rest of the house so guests need to go outside, back into the main house and upstairs to use the shared bathroom. The room also only had radiant floor heating, which was insufficient during cold winter months. Otherwise, great location on the lake, perfect for quiet weekend with friends.

Great view and comfortable layout. Very clean hot tub under cover and shielded from wind. Parking is a little tight for larger pickups, but wasn’t a big problem since we had only one vehicle.

Lovely house with everything we would have asked for. It is a bit secluded but that is what we knew that going into our stay.
