Very quiet, modern 2-bedroom townhouse only blocks away from 17th Ave, downtown Calgary and the Stampede grounds. Home features a south facing deck that overlooks a garden style courtyard and a large back deck for entertaining. This unit is surrounded by endless restaurants and other amenities.
